Wearnes Automotive - Volvo - 249 Alexandra Rd

I pump 98 petrol from ( SINOPAC YISHUN ) to my car 2016 ..S80 on cny eve ..after my engine can't start n have to be tow to my own private workshop for repair .after checking is that sinopac 98 petrol contains metal dusts n water ..so replaced fuel -pump n the car get normal but after 2 day of driving car came to same problem engine die while i am travelling on highway ..2nd time tow back to workshop n this time replace the fuel pump control until..then car normal again but just a 100km drive it breakdown again n i tow to another workshop for repair but the mechanic check n say to me there can't detect n got no condent to repair it . So i have to tow my car to volvo centre . The advisor (Boon Seng) is very frendly helpful n professional..dealing with my car . He check n replace fuel filters because the filter is been seriously choke by SINOPAC 98 dirty petrol and there even clean up all petrol hoses and spotted a coolent hose got a small leakage n replace it . Although total cost is not cheap but at least there can detect n settle the problem asap ...i apperiacte it very much.. Thank you so much Boon seng for ur help ...????

Mixed feeling for Wearnes. While Renault had very good and detail brand ambassador which I really appreciate. Even the tea lady was very polite and attentive. I would have had driven away a new car if not for my very bad brand experience. The jaguar brand had very snobbish sales team. I won't be buying for them any time soon. The reception was pleasant though.

Went in for a quick reset of the "maintenance" message on my car. No appointment or anything but was attended to immediately. As usual, excellent service from the wearnes folks. Unfortunately, coffee service suspended because of covid 19.

My go-to place to service my car after switching to a Volvo last year. Service is good as I remember it (was a Volvo owner many years ago). My service advisor is knowledgeable and prompt. The showroom is spacious with nice ambient. Not many models are made in Sweden anymore. Limited choices. But the same applies to the various German marque as well. Was considering a BMW X3 but workmanship of the car interior was unacceptable to me, perhaps because they are made in USA?

Superb service from service consultant Han. VIP treatment from start to end, with very prompt communication on status odf safety recall rectification work and even gave the car a good free car wash. They also gave a free taxi voucher to place of residence while waiting for rectification work to be completed. The service is so good that I enquired about a servicing package for my 6.5 year old V60 but they told me not required since major repairs and annual servicing has been done, and just let them know 1 month in advance next year when the next servicing is due.

Called the hotline to place a car servicing request & was attended by a very friendly & warm customer service officer. They even have the “drive in the night” before service to cater to car owners who are unable to send their car in on the actual day / weekday, which I feel is a great idea ?

Very nice show room . But staff is kind of restless and funny part is mechanic wearing safety boots are coming to customer waiting area to take help them self with drinks from the machine

Id like to thank Joseph Tan who attended to me. He carefully took note of the problem I was facing (rattling sounds) with my 2021 XC60 and together with tester Yeoh Lin Sern did their best to diagnose where the sound was located and performed repair. I could sense that they were both sincere in their desire to help which was much appreciated - 5 stars for this. Its unfortunate though that after two attempts on separate days, that there is still some sound when driving albeit more mild/softer & from a different location (?) which i think i can accept for now provided the rattle loudness doesnt begin to increase with time. Still grateful to Joseph and Lin Sern for effort they made to correct the problem. Thanks guys!
