Starbucks CITYHALL Entrances Raffles City Shopping Centre Level 1 My favourite place, love to be here again... Best place for coffee... always order Mocha coffee. Near the City Hall MRT Station. There are 2 Starbucks located here with 100 m of each other at "one raffles link" basement 1.

Good convenient location right above City Hall MRT and next to McDonalds. This is a high traffic Starbucks outlet with ample seating and great for a break during your morning commute. It can get noisy here during weekdays, so it's okay to get some personal work done here but probably not a business meeting. Good variety of food and drinks to pick from.

Good place to enjoy coffee and cake. Normally its very crowded but thanks to the pandemic related safe distancing steps the cafe does not appear as crowded and is more comfortable to sit in

Starbucks at Raffles City is an iconic place where I meet friends to chill. There's a mix of high tables and normal tables (both inside and outside facing the shopping mall). The seats inside is cushioned. There's a wide range of cakes and pies you can get here. I love sitting at the wooden high tables. There's also hook at some of the tables where you can hang your belongings. The yellow lightings gives a very warm feeling. You can also get a wide range of Starbuck merchandise here. It's located just at ground floor of Raffles City, nearest mrt is City Hall. Thanks Starbucks! #ILoveStarbucks

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm. First question I asked the staff before getting a drink was whether they still had the 1-hour time limit imposed. When they said no, I proceeded to order my drink. I finished my drink in 1 hour and at about 310pm, the staff cleared the drink and asked if I wanted to buy anything else. I said no and asked if I could still sit there a while longer. She said yes but there’s a queue (which implies that I should leave?). So sure I said I would leave but told her to tell future customers that WHILE THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO LEAVE IF THERE IS A QUEUE OR BUY MORE FOOD/DRINKS. Which was not communicated to me. And we got into this rather awkward situation of her saying I could stay but me not feeling comfortable to stay as she had cleared my drink and the table was empty. So if I’d drank my drink slower, I could have stayed longer? Lol. If this was communicated to me earlier, I would have understood and gone to another cafe where I could sit comfortably for 2 hours. Apart from this rather disappointing situation, the ambience and drink were great as always. Doubt I would come back to this branch though.

My favourite place to enjoy some of coffee

Bought this spontaneously for the numerous talk online about the mini merlion topping and the complimentary cutlery. Say what? never had such an impressive Tea, Coffee and "whichever was in there drink" that this was a very memorable experience. The topping and cutlery were extras to me. Limited production, though.

Nice place. Food and coffee ok. Same like other branches. However, I haven’t even sit for an hour, the staffs will start to ‘going’ to chase you away by reminding you that you can only sit an hour. The problem is I haven’t even finished my drink and talking. The table next to us was asked to change table for whatever reason and they already ate half way. Very ‘SALTY’! Not recommended.
