★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an outlet that sells standard products across the city, it’s the quality of service that differentiates each store. I have visited the raffles city outlet couple of times recently and the experience with staff has been very poor. When I asked if a specific chocolate flavor was dark or milk, I was told to check online. As I scrolled through the online menu, he constantly asked me to hurry up as he wanted to close the store. Don’t see myself going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get small gifts for a few friends. The staff recommended me the huge hamper instead. When I asked if he could attach small ribbons on each of my gift his answer was ‘no’ ? Overall I find the customer service suboptimal. Definitely do not look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who know me knows I take my desserts very seriously. And seriously, Awfully Chocolate is awfully good. The chocolate mille-feuille is delicately textured with wafer thin crepes slathered with rich chocolate cream and sensually dusted with high quality cocoa powder. The cake gives delightfully when scooped with the fork and has just the right texture bursting in the mouth. Go get some today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfully chocolate is awfully expensive.
It tastes mediocre compared to the magnanimous sum we are paying for the treats. The tiramisu is creamy,fluffy and delicious. Sprinkled with rich chocolate and cocoa dust. However it is definitely not worth the 22 dollars price tag. It is very small in quantity (barely a size of a small plastic container). I was shocked when I saw this in the bill. The ice cream however was creamy and delicious. It was enriched with a rich and silky chocolate taste. And was definitely worth the 4 dollars price tag.
Overall, would not visit again due to the costs but you can give it a try once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the one for one ice cream scoop promo. Asked for two additional plastic spoons for our children and gave only one. Tried clarifying but gave us frowns, we said nevermind. Ice cream was not bad but don't think will go back if no promo. minus stars for the service.

I bought 2 bottles of Cookie Chip Chocolate from your branch at Raffles Place on 26 Dec 21 for $40.
When I reached home and opened the cookies, I found to my horror that the cookies I was sold was in a big melted clump. It is highly unlikely that the cookies would have melted in the short time I brought them home in my air-conditioned car to my house and opened them that very night.
I'm extremely disappointed in the kind of substandard quality checks for your products, and for the kind of prices I am paying for each bottle. They were meant to be presents for my loved ones but turned out to be an even greater disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good and fast experience to me to buy in this store. All I ordered is packaged well and although the price in on the high side, it tastes good and good for gifting as it looks nice on the outside. Recommended for occasional dessert cravings!
