Did a brief video call with a doc for a simple consultation. Before starting the x-ray.

I dropped in shortly after 2pm and was attended to fairly quickly, the two ladies at reception were polite and fairly efficient. All in all it took less than 30 minutes to have my X-rays taken. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the fact I tried to call them twice, and both times just rang out so I had to turn up without an appointment. However, the funny thing was, whilst I was waiting I actually saw the receptionist answer the phone calls ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had experienced good service from this centre unlike the reviews shared by others. I called at about 11.30am to check if there is any available slots in the afternoon and was told to just proceed to the clinic and to avoid their lunch hour. Rushed down to the clinic and managed to reach before they break for lunch. Very fast and professional service, took me less than 15mins from registration to getting my X-ray done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most unprofessional x ray companies you can ever go to. Firstly, if you are a female, get ready to get "violated" by comments by the radiologist with words like, "u can go take off your clothes now" rather than you can change up to this.
Than if you request for a female radiologist, be prepared for the front desk and staff to laugh in tagalog .. and watch as the male radiologist slip his tea and watch you do your x ray.
Please watch out if you go here. I feel sorry that the management hasn't been made aware of how unprofessional the attitude of the staff are!
Side note: if they say they close at 430, don't be fooled. U can come at 420 and because they want to go home, they will refuse your appointment. Look like the staff is running the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty good experience there! Was hesitant when I saw so many negative reviews, but I did not experienced any dissatisfaction at all. The receptionist picked up my call and answered all my queries politely before I head down without the need for prior appointment. There was no queue when I reached at 4pm, last order at 4.30pm. Registration was smooth and I was requested to do an online consultation with a medical doctor first. This made me feel confident and assured for the imaging tests that I'm going to do later. The radiographer was professional. Not much unnecessary small talk, just performing his job professionally. I had the choice of getting a physical x-ray film or a digital copy (DVD) at the cost of $15 only. Thanks for the great experience!
