If I knew I would meet someone so gentle and pleasant, I would not have dragged so long to have my first mammogram done. Quick result in the online portal despite weekend. Will be back to this place Lifescan Paragon for my annual check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assuring, accommodating, friendly and understanding. This is what healthcare should be about. They never fail to let me know what I am waiting for and what I should expect. It's really hard for us to coordinate the doctors review etc while worrying about our own health. The team works well together and they know our concern before i even ask them the questions. Well experienced. Impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely lazy so I don't usually leave reviews but this place is terrible. Staff act so entitled here, spelling my name wrong and told me it doesn't matter. How rude. And they only seem to smile and greet the patients who are obviously foreign so it's kind of disgusting. Was early for my appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time. Whatever it is, train your staff to be respectful of everyone first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have read reviews before coming here. The wait is indeed very long. My appointment was at 10.30am but waited till 11.50am. I think during covid times, one should avoid long waits in any health clinic especially when appointment time already given clearly.
The staff at counter should also inform that waiting time may be long
Despite a negative review left by another patient over a month ago and they promised to improve, but doesn't seem so.
