I went for a Elite Heart Evaluation Package, Elite Health Evaluation Screening, CT Lung Screen and MRI for my left shoulder. Obviously it’s a one stop shop that you don’t need to travel from one place to another to get everything done. Dr Wong explain things very clear and detailed. The staff and nurses they all very friendly. The place is very clean and they offer free drink and biscuits. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

It was good. The Mri staff Royce was friendly and accomodating. The mri room was quite nice and the music they played during mri scan was calming. The reception and doctor are fast and efficient.

The staff were all friendly from front desk to radiographer. The x-ray service was top notch and efficient. Kudos to the team and doctor!

My mom was experiencing a ringing pain in her head for a few months now and I brought her to the Polyclinic in February, this year, to do a scan. We were then scheduled for an MRI at a restructured hospital in July!!! Can u imagine a 5 month wait for an MRI. For a peace of mind, I decided to get the MRI done quickly to ensure that it is nothing major for my mom. I call Somerset Imaging Centre, I was treated to a lovely voice and felt welcomed immediately. They asked me a few questions and immediately booked a slot for me; downtime was 1 day. When we were there, their front office people were very helpful and was very quick at getting my mom ready for the MRI. Mom, being her first time, was anxious at first, but due to the patience of the staff in the MRI imaging ctr she felt calm and confident that this will be just another scan. Needless to say how thorough Dr Wong was in giving us specific advise and suggested the necessary steps that we may consider. He was genuine and reassure us that he will always be around to be of help, regardless. To get greatest team of Somerset Imaging Centre, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you!!! Definitely second to none! On a side note: Best if u have PayNow/Paylah or Paywave or any forms of contact less payment. Then u need not handle our cards.

Went to do the MRI because butt pain, Amy and Royce are very nice and patient, and the doctor Wong also did the consultation very carefully and professional. The MRI machine will have music so u don't feel noisy, almost fell asleep when I did it..
