Bad service from the front desk staff, his name was Alattas (not sure if that's the proper spelling). Basically the staff was rude and asked rudely for our appointment letters and forms and when we told him that the required documents have been emailed to the company a day before, he reacted rudely and asked us to airdrop him the files instead. His tone was condescending, please advice. It is such a nice and comfortable place only to be ruined by bad service at 11 in the morning.

Ugly place. I paid $900 for the scan and had to wait for 3 (!!!) hours after my appointment time to do it! They cannot manage the patients properly. You will spend a lifetime waiting in their queues. Huge queues for registration, for scans, for payments. Longer than in government clinics. Unfriendly staff. They just take your money not suggesting any service for it. Ms Yvonne Tay, their general manager, is extremely rude and unpleasant person, totally ignores your queries. They perfectly know their review ranks and do nothing to improve their service. Go there only if you have plenty of time to waist.

My experience with RadLink at Paragon has been great - the x-ray taking process was efficient and seamless, the waiting time was not long at all. And kudos to the staff at the clinic, they were approach and friendly, will highly recommend their services.

Was scheduled an MRI due to chronic backache. Nurse and staff there were generally helpful and attentive to my needs. Experience was ideal and setting was comfortable.

I went to RadLink for an X-Ray appointment as my doctor advised in regards to my chest pain. The receptionists there were trying their best to attend to customers but saw they were getting yelled at with raised voices. I was treated nicely and wish to commend the lady with a pony tail but I couldn't remember her name. I sat there feeling bad for poor receptionists who were just doing their jobs. We should definitely be kinder and respect healthcare workers.

Did my chest X-ray here. Experience was quick and fuss free. Staff at counter was friendly.

Waiting time is somewhat long, even with the appts. Seems slower than it should be. Went in for a 10.30am appt. Took 2 hours to complete a mammogram and an ultrasound. The mammogram was fast, done within 30mins of walking into the place. The ultrasound queue was super long. There were only 2 ultrasound staff on duty and 1 went for a lunch break? so basically there was only 1 person. And a really long queue. It wasn’t comfortable waiting as the waiting area is really cramped. On another note, staff is really really good. Very professional, warm and friendly. Obviously overbooked and understaffed. No matter how great the staff are, most customers would feel irritated. They desperately need admin staff who can manage appointments and staff hours better. It’s also suspicious how the 5-star reviews seem to be mostly left by reviewers who don’t have any other reviews for other places…….

Waited 2 hours after appointment time. Had to check with register counter, what's happening with my appointment. My appointment wasn't received to the next step and it was laying behind the counter top. Staff said sorry at least. Lab guy was really good and apologized for the late. Payment was smooth. Overall no point of having an appointment, everyone was waiting. Please switch to a different lab if you value your time.
