Cake Avenue - #01-01 Cake Avenue

It is a definitely hidden gem in Upper Bukit Timah. Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and she loved the design so much! Normally my whole family avoid eating the cream on the outer layer of the cake. But this shop is the only exception so far that we finished everything. Well done, Cake Avenue! Will order from you again ??

I’m usually not up for naming and shaming but I ordered a cake from this shop last week and had such a bad experience for the first time in 12 years in Singapore. i sent the shop a picture of what cake I wanted (simple black cake with small gold lines around the cake- very simple decoration) but instead they made a cake that was only half decorated! They decided to only put 4 gold lines- only in front and left the rest of the cake barren with no design. When I questioned this they said- I gave them only a picture of the front!!!! So they only put decoration on the front. NO half decent bakery would decorate only half a cake. Besides, why did they not inform me that I was paying for only a half decorated cake? On top of this the guy at the counter was so rude. I told him that if this is their response I won’t be a ordering from them again- to which the guy replied rudely with sarcasm-‘ thank you’. Within an hour, to my shock, the entire fondant on the cake started to melt. By the time my party started, all the black fondant on the cake had melted. I would like to post pictures but unable to do so here. I had organised a bday party for a friend and was so embarrassed to bring this cake out! I had also told the shop to do their best with this cake as this was For a lady who herself is a baker. In my opinion, as a baker it was his responsibility to ask what was on the front and at the back- and To highlight that the cost included only 4 lines on the cake. Besides, clearly hadndling an upset customer, a failed delivery, falls far out of their skill set.

Ordered the black forest cake for Mother's day, quite disappointed with it. Cake is dry, the layered part got separated easily and the chocolate tasted stale on my first bite. Cake is not very sweet, which is good, delivery is prompt too. Will not order this cake again?

I had ordered a chocolate ganache cake for my daughter's 20th birthday. The cake's sweetness was just nice and was very light. My daughter loved the cake and the macaroon as well. Should be given thumbs up ?and deserve to be recommended for cake lovers....

You can order online via Grab, Foodpanda or their website. I always order birthday cakes and they deliver everywhere in Singapore. My friends are always happy and satisfied. I recently ordered Christmas log cakes, they looked and tasted great!

Cake Avenue is always able to custom design a cake as best as to our specifications as possible. Their cakes always taste great, with people coming back for seconds and the whole cake finishing at the party. Delivery is timely and cakes arrive in good condition. Correspondence is also timely and courteous. Will order again from them if occasion arises. ??

Never planned for a Christmas log cake but suddenly craved for one on Christmas Eve. Thought I had to look at buying one earlier next year. Instead, we found Cake Avenue on Deliveroo and placed an order on Christmas Day. The cake was promptly delivered in 30 minutes. It was the traditional Black Forest chocolate cake and tasted great. We were very happy with the pleasant experience.

Ordered the 0.5kg (Round- Serves 5-6pax) Printed Image- Meow 1 x Chocolate Fudge (Bestseller)- Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache filling. 1 x Candle (Big) 1 x Message My spouse, daughter cousins-in-law and nieces all loved the cake. Was a delight to eat! Perfect for my daughter’s celebration!
