My therapist Apple always conducts my treatments professionally with a lot of care and effort. She makes sure every area is covered and is meticulous. In addition, she’s excellent in accommodating to changes in appointments and makes every visit a pleasant one! I’ll highly recommend Apple at the Ngee Ann city outlet.

Enjoy my time here during my sessions. My therapist, Apple, is a cheerful and friendly lady. She take her work seriously and I love that she is understanding. She does not hard sell and treats her customer with care. I do see result from the session as my treatment area at the stomach became softer.

The hard selling is to the max with the staffs asking you to sign more package during treatment duration. And when you run into problem and try to contact them on their Facebook page, they will block you! So ladies, please beware. Even before I signed the package I told your staff Queenie that I am only able to come on weekends. She said okay, will be able to reserve the slots for me. Than now because I left with only 4 sessions left, she kept telling me that there are no slots available and also that too many treatments is not good for my body? Than why in the first place she asked me to go down weekly or best 2 times a week so that I can slim down faster? Why the story keeps changing?

Went for Facebook promoted Strengthening Porefection Treatment ($48), firstly the receptionist or sales lady asked me from the beginning whether I wanna change to another facial which is 5 times the price, I said no because I actually wanted à pore focused treatment. Then she kept asking me if I have more time even though they already stated clearly on WhatsApp that the treatment only needs 90 mins. After I said no, her face turned black and walked away. I paid first and was directed to the worst room I’ve been, walking thru all the laundry etc it’s clearly not the normal room for customers. And that room was LITERALLY ONE WALL FROM PUBLIC TOILET, can you imagine how crazy it is for me to lie in there 1.5hr when the pipes are freaking running loudly all the time? The staff cleaned my face by a suction pipe thing, after the facial ended she passed me a mirror to see my skin and asked whether I see how clean it is now. I’m sorry are you blind, the suction circle marks are still there and you don’t even have the courtesy to say something like it will go away in an hour. If you offer promotion, don’t be so cheap.

Rebecca and Wei Lan are great therapist that always put the customer first. Wei Lan is very skilled and passionate and will always put her utmost effort into each treatment and I am very grateful for this. They provide honest and timely feedback on what treatments work and provide recommendation. I have lost 3kg in 6 months and my post partum belly is firmer now. Some of this could not be done even with diet and exercise so would highly recommend.

I have definitely seen improvements on my acnes over this 1 year period, however, I have sadly decided to not sign on further due to personal reasons. Would like to thank my beautician, Apple for her support this past 1 year. Thank you!

As this is my first time going to a wellness centre and weight management centre, I was cautious to make sure that the centre do not give oral medications or Chinese acupuncture for the treatments. After considering some time, I decided to try out the trial package of the ‘Mummy Trim Treatment’. During my 1st visit, I was greeted by Jasmine who introduced me to Rebecca. They were very friendly and polite. Rebecca brought me to a room to ask me some questions then I was brought to measure my weight. Rebecca explained and answered my queries on the treatment that I have signed up for. After which, I was brought to the treatment room. I did multipolar treatment for my tummy and thigh areas as she said that it was effective for me based on the weight/fat analysis done for me. For my 2nd and subsequent treatments, Wei Lan is my assigned therapist. She is very friendly and caring. Always asks me if I am feeling ok or if she is massaging to hard. She also always remembers the small details, I.e. having an extra cloth to rest my head during treatment. Before every session, she will let me know which treatment and areas she will be doing. This is very helpful for me to understand for type of treatment I am having for that session. The team is flexible in accommodating to my tight work schedules! Kudos to the excellent team at Takashimaya! Great job and work to the staffs that I have interacted with, Wei Lan, Rebecca, Jasmine and Janice!!!

Therapist-Apple is very approachable. Able to recommend the treatment suitable for me. To me she does not hard selling. It is really relaxing to do my treatments by her. The massage is on point as well. Overall happy with my results. Rooms can be better sound proof. Environment is clean and hygiene.
