β β β β β Am taking treatment in Trichokare for my hair loss. I found good result within 4 to 5 seatings. The experts are very professional and their service is best and too they are explaining about our scalp condition and what type of treatment is required.

β β β β β Definitely not worth the time and money; sign up a series of treatment that cost over S$2000 after 1st consultation but following treatments to treat my sensitive scalp and losing hair by various hair technicians were totally waste of time and unprofessional. Basic simple shampooing were done in a rush manner, scalp unclean. Mentioned many times after treatment of the service but nothing improve. Candy is the only hair technician that will perform to standard but it is not easy to get an appointment with her.
After months of unhappy treatments, im giving up and will not continue though there are still treatments remaining with them - my hair and scalp condition have not improved, it is a total waste of my time and feeling very disappointed and frustrated almost each time after the treatment. I hope this centre will conduct some training to align all technicians to have the same basic standards.

β β β β β Today was my first visit to TK TrichoKare's Ngee Ann City outlet and I must say I am highly impressed with the result on just my first visit. I have been suffering from scalp inflammation for quite sometime now. I was attended by Crystal here and she duly explained to me my condition and the recovery plan. Now I am looking forward to visit their comprehensive packaged sessions. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is worried about his/her scalp problem. Cheers!

β β β β β Came for their first trial promo and even before they start the treatment they start to sell their package already by telling all the possible negative things about your hair and scalp .
When I show no positive reaction, the therapist thinking She wouldnβt get any sales from me did a very β surface β job on the treatment which is not really as described on their website
This place really hard sell and not deliver exactly what they said on the promo , why would I buy any package when I not even tried your treatment yet and feel comfortable or impressed with the place that I want to return ?
Would never return ,they are more interested in their sales number then caring for what you really need . Run run

β β β β β Beware this shop. Came here for a trial treatment $45. Upon reached they bring you into a small room to talk to you an hour to sell you a package before you even try anything. Worse is the trial isnβt even for what they are selling you, as the trial is just some normal hair wash with mask. So you will never undergo the treatment you need unless you top up to $200 or buy their package for $3k+. When you thought you have wasted 1hr of your time, they would tell you still have to pay the $45 cos you already underwent βconsultationβ. They give you a βtrial kitβ after you pay $45, which is some hair mask and body wash. Who uses body wash for hair treatment?!! Management is really poor. The trial is simply a deceiving tactic to get you into the shop. Stay away.

β β β β β Came to Ngee Ann City Outlet, My consultant Kris was helpful to provide me with the information I needed about my hair and was very professional about it. The whole process was comfortable and smooth. The therapist Li Ding helped me with the treatment and it was soothing, I really enjoyed it. She was gentle and checked in with me with every step. Would recommend to try a trial to experience it yourself
