โ โ โ โ โ To The Person In Charge of that location. Please take action and educate your colleague about CLEANINESS and HYGIENE PURPOSE. Cause today when I was collecting my online order, I saw this indian guy behind the counter was digging his ear using his barehand and was not wearing a mask at all. So I voice out to him that it's not nice to do that infront of your customer and it's not hygienic at all but he keeps doing it. After I talk to him, he Challenge me to make a report and he told me that he is not scared at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Pre order at 4.45pm to pick up at 5.30pm. Seems that they just start to cook the pizza. Had to wait for another 20~30min, to pick up.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a Super Cheese and a Chicken Salami pizza but received 2 of the same cheese one. Called them to enquire about this matter and they said that it has nothing to do with them and that they canโt do anything about it since I ordered through grabfood.
They blatantly told me to ask grab about this matter when it quite literally had nothing to do with them since they are only responsible for the transportation of the food.
Someone in my family is lactose intolerant and now is unable to take dinner with the rest of us. There could have been a better customer care and service, especially since it is quite evident that they messed up the order.

โ โ โ โ โ Burnt and dry pizza from Joo Chiat outlet. Called Canadian Pizza to inform them, they told me that I will get a free pizza if I order again from the same outlet. Why would I want more burnt pizza?
