β β β β β Pre-ordered my pizzas at 0859hrs. ETA given by Domino's at 1100hr. Called in at 1115hr to check on my pizza, told to wait another 15mins. Called in again at 1141hr, food still on delay due to only having 1 rider.
Manager of the outlet is incompetent in rooster management If he was the one that decided to have only 1 rider on a public holiday. Cancelled my order, REFUND needs to be processed for 7 days. Please don't order from this stall, just look for alternative pizza.

β β β β β We ordered at 9.40pm through Grab and the pizza never came :/ We also called the helpline and the caller said he'd get back to us after calling the Joo Koon branch but we got ghosted. We waited for ~10 min and cut the call. I wish I could give 0 stars DX
Update: The doorbell rang at 12.40pm after we all were asleep, sighh - No free pizza given for late delivery tho :(

β β β β β Bought the so called βVIPβ card and vouchers.. but tried to redeem and each time staff said there is 2 hour wait for over the counter orders.. odd that when we placed online order for pick up from the same store, it was ready in less than 15 mins. Rotten marketing tactic !

Already waited for 3 hours...
No news from them..
Took forever for the customer service to answer...
Kids left hungry... Should had updated if the pizza will not be send so i can at least get something else for the kids...
No aplogies.. no nothing...
Definetely the last time i will order from them..

Compensation coupon also not given. WORSE DELIVERY EXPERNEICE EVER.

β β β β β Regret not seeing reviews before placing order. Ordered on 30th March for 31st March 1130am delivery. 1215pm finally got through customer service and was informed order hasn't left outlet as the store was busy.. Customer Service promised order will arrive within the next 30 mins. Food finally came at 1330pm. For a 1 day in advance preorder, this is unreasonable and unacceptable. Worse experience ever encountered. Will never order with Dominos ever again in my life.

Pre-ordered for 31st March 11:30am delivery. Yet up till now 12:30pm status still showing preparing! Tried calling their customer service, after 10 mins only managed to get through and was informed that she was unable to contact the store as well..
Received the pizzas at 2pm in cold condition!
