Rude receptionist. Telling me , "if you can't wait till 5pm to do ART test(referral case), you can go other clinic" in a condescending tone even before I could say ok or not. Not worth my time!

I always come here to see the doctor convenient for me, a bit pricy cause it is private but a good clinic they provide good service for people who stay at that side of Canberra

Came here the first time today as daugther spike fever and I am so happy that i finally found a gp that is kids friendly nearby to my house. Dr is calm at handling kids. Do call before going for a smoother visit due to the current covid situation! Thumbs up! ☺️☺️

One of the best clinic! Been visiting this clinic past 3years. Saw afew post mention its mysteriosly empty. Its because they do not want people to hang around too long. Thus they ask pt to eat first, go back home instead of 1hr waiting. Some decide to stay. Mostly decide to go home. The reception will call our hp if our number is reaching soon. Even if we r late, they will wait. Another post mention about their lunch is more important? If they keep skipping their lunch and fall sick, do u even care? No u dont bother. Lack of empathy. Self centered person.

Horrible place. Came in at 1130hrs. Closing time is 1300hrs. Was told by the receptionist that clinic's closed. Informed and showed her I have a gout attack. Anyone who experienced gout before knows the extreme pain. All she said was cannot do anything. Either come back at night or go somewhere else. All the while like talking down at me. So that made me realised I wasn't welcomed so I left. So much for a medical facility for wouldn't be bothered about someone in great pain

Absolutely WONDERFUL clinic Went there on the 9th of may to get some vaccines (not COVID), called the day before, nurse patiently explained to me how their procedure works and how much it will cost as well as checking the availability of it. You can book a queue number if you call them in the morning and even when I was going to be late they kindly moved my appointment back by 30min so I could get there at a leisurely pace. At the clinic, the waiting time was sooo short. Although on busy days it can be long, with an appointment and it being a weekday it was very quick. I pulled out my phone to play some games but before I could finish one match my name was called During the meet with the doctor, she confirmed what vaccinations I want to take and briefed me on any possible side effects. The procedure was efficient, and the time with the doctor was between 5-10 minutes with no waste of time. Afterwards, after a short break, i made my payment and they asked if I wanted a receipt, and I left. The whole thing took 30-40 minutes ish but with an Air conditioned waiting area, it wasn’t that bad The only complaint is that the waiting area is a bit small, and if there’s more than say 5 people you would have to stand, but other than that, absolutely perfect service

Dr Sophia Chew is a very approachable doctor who is very good with toddler and kids. She does very detailed checking and accurate diagnosis for kids. She doesn’t rush things like many Drs that I have experienced. If I have questions, she would patiently and sincerely provide me the answer in a professional yet approachable manner. She would call me personally at times to ask about how my kids are doing 1 week after diagnosis. During consultation, she would also assure me and calm me down sensing that I maybe overly nervous about my child condition. My whole family even adults goes to her clinic whenever we need to consult GP.

My whole family including extended family has been going to Dr Chew for 5-6 years since we knew of its existence. When my daughter was younger (a toddler), she was my only trusted doctor, even more so than pediatrician. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and asked indepth questions to ensure she made the right diagnosis. Every time we visit her, I feel that she takes her time instead of rushing through patients like other clinics. She is the only doctor in the clinic and her queue is always long but it is worth the wait for a peace of mind. I wish there are more doctors like her.
