★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in around 830pm to ask if there is slot for 2pax. The staff told me that the earliest slot will be only at 1130pm and asked me to leave down contact number & name. Upon arriving at around 11pm and asked the staff if there’s a slightly early slot available instead of 1130pm the other staff told me my name wasn’t written on the slot list but waiting list instead which mean Booking it’s not confirm. When I told her the other staff did not tell me that I am on waiting list, she gave attitude and apologised unwillingly and said “already said it’s our fault already right?” Bad customers service and wasted my time waited for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this place because teoheng outlets are fully booked. Worst decision ever.
1) Rip off lol what a scam - 3 pax for $126 (3hrs) ?
2) No free drinks or snacks provided too, unlike other karaoke places. U would think that given the price u pay, u'll at least get a free drink or smt. But nope.
3) Service sucks also, staff kept entering ur room and disturbing our session for stupid reasons like collecting the menu, clearing the trash etc. Can't u do all these after the session ends???
4) Full of ads during the session. Need to constantly press skip, if not u are just wasting the hours u paid for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. Wasn’t inform that our time was up and was only told after we exceeded 30minutes. Expected us to pay the remaining time. Afterwards, we told we couldnt extend to two hours just because we have alr paid for one hour extension.
The staff were really unfriendly as well. We were reprimanded for bringing in outside drinks (ps we didnt know and weren’t inform at the counter) Don’t recommend coming here. Overpriced as compared to other ktv places.
Edit : We were cut off after one hour event though we paid for two hours LOLOL?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given negative stars if there was. We were given Room 815, a small room for 4 pax, even though I see there are many other rooms unused on Sat 5pm+
1. Service sucked. They didnt even respond to the call for help service button in the rooms even though they said to use it to call them. We had to personally go to the counter at the front to ask them to fix the volume being stuck at low despite
being at max. Them troubleshooting ate like 10min+ into our time. First the staff tried, went to call the boss, boss tried, finally he called the technician. The boss didn't even apologize or compensate for the bad experience/issue
The uncle boss isnt friendly nor responsive to my request when i asked to change rooms because the system was faulty
2. They didnt even print enough menus for every room, and they had to take away ours when we havent decided yet. We were only given like 5minutes to decide before the menu was taken away
3. the kbox app cannot be downloaded or used as it always shows an error after scanning the qr code
4. room is too small for 4 persons
5. the song picker panel was too close to the tv and people who want to pick a song will block the screen
6. The song system is hard to use. It was difficult finding songs and is not intuitive. Wasted time trying to figure out how to use it or searching for songs on its already limited list
7. The rate was $12.90++ per person on a Sat before 7pm. too ex
8. the table couldnt be moved and it was so cramped
9. random icons of singers kept appearing on the side of the already small screen, which was annoyinf
10. Songs with the "scoring system"(which tracks if you hit the notes) kept giving annoying huge emoticons and the lyrics of the score system overlap with the in-song lyrics and was hard to follow
11. K system is not up to date and doesnt have recent kpop or jpop songs, even popular ones from 2021.
12. Jpop or Kpop selection is super limited
Will not patronise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our reservation is at 3pm & can’t find our reservation, only entered the room at 330pm. 430pm we were asked to settle the bill, hence we mentioned the session is 2hrs & should end at 530 instead. At 5pm again we were chased out of the room. Very disorganized, we order 1for1 drinks & pasta & we’re charged normal price instead for 2 pasta, 2 drinks & 2 beer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid $84 including service charge and GST for two persons on a Wednesday night. We sang for 4h and ordered 2 drinks. The sound system is solid class. Thumbs up! However, the pitch cannot be adjusted which is a 小遗憾. However, it did not affect our singing pleasure at all. The premise is also clean and new. The service is also good. I will visit Candy K-Bar Family Karaoke again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst karaoke I’ve ever been. Book 3-6pm. Arrive at the counter at around 3.05pm as we couldn’t find our way. Counter staff claim to have called us but we didn’t receive any call at all. Then they told us that the room hasn’t been clean. Staff went ahead and clean room and left us standing at counter. Another lady with spec approached us and ask us the same questions all over again (no communication among them). We go into the room ard 3.20..
Their light switch. Dun bother turning off the disco light. It will turn on by itself after each song.. ?? the mic volume and music volume. Doesn’t change even when the screen shows it at 0 or 20.. so dun even bother adjusting anything.. it was so difficult to choose a song! The system was difficult and slow. Using your phone is worse! Forever loading..
The lady in spec also repeatedly came over to stare into our room. And we were chased out at 5pm sharp despite entering late due to unclean room.
1st and last time I’ll come here. Don’t recommend to anyone.
Paid almost $60 for 3 hrs of singing for 2 pax (with promotion) in a weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant and enjoyable first visit for a group of 8 of us! ? Superb service by Chris who was friendly and helpful, especially with arranging a spacious room for a last minute request on a Friday night.
Good sound system and songs available. Bar bites were also yummy. Will definitely revisit!
