V	VLLew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my PCR Test. The whole process was painless and calming and I don’t feel anxious at all. Dr Lim and the staff are so welcoming, gentle and knowledgeable. Glad I had found one. A big thanks to the entire team and Dr Lim. Highly recommended.

Seeking consultation with Dr Lim at caredoc was always a breeze, despite the clinic is very busy. He is always very accommodating, fast and accurate in diagnosis and medication dispensing, it takes usually around 15mins. His friendliness and kindness also help makes one comfortable in the consultation, especially for very private matters. This is probably why the clinic is busy. I don’t wish to come back often, but it is where the place I will return because I can trust.

Same day results, with the clinic dropping us a WhatsApp message in the evening to confirm with us if we have received the results via email. Could feel the genuine concern that the doctor is having for his patients, chit-chatting with them while waiting for the medicine to be dispensed. Will definitely be back again to consult doctor if the need arises in future

Able to pinpoint the root of the issue without missing crucial details. For my recent case, he suspected me of having shingles even before blisters appear and asked me to observe closely, to return immediately once blisters appear. Yes, indeed today the blister appeared but due to work issue, I will have to go to see nearby clinic instead of CareDoc! Nevertheless, super thankful for such a compassionate doctor! I wish that there was a queue number given or system in place so we would know how many patients are in front of us and roughly how long to wait. I believe there was a similar review posted by Esther Aw four months ago regarding this issue. The doctor reassured her that he would come up with a system in place but I did not see any changes. Sometimes, we feel anxious to know how long it will take to wait for a consultation and it will be great to receive a queue number.

The doctor and staff was meticulous and professional in advising on the time frame and what's needed for the travel . Clinic called me when the result was out to inform me on the results of the Test.
v	valerie tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best GPs I’ve been to. Dr and staff are very patient, reassuring and kind. When the queue grows longer, the staff will come out to apologise and manage the crowd. They do try their best to process everything as quick as possible. There was also another instance last year at closing time, Dr waited for us to rush down to swab and delayed his closing time. He was truly willing to go the mile.

I must thank doctor and his team for my timely need of my PCR test and it is also my first time in Singapore. I have heard stories from many including my daughter who underwent pcr test and the discomfort and here doctor calmed me down and did it in a professional manner. I can voice here , it is one of the best clinic I have ever experienced till date . Thank you again.
