Nurse Vivian was very kind and gracious when assisting me with my supervised ART test. She was steadfast and professional. Due to a personal error, i booked my ART test a day too early and was turned away by the airport ticketing counter. With just a short period of time left, Nurse vivian swopped in and agreed to conduct another supervised ART for me, and expedited the documentation, hence saving my holiday. She was a true life-saver and im extremely thankful!

Excellent and reliable service. I had booked MyCLNQ to perform a supervised ART for PDT while I was in Sydney. The MyCLNQ representative, Mr Jivat, reached out to me on WhatsApp 5 mins in advance of the appointment. I was in a meeting and requested for extra 10 mins before we could do the ART test. He was patient and flexible to accommodate my request. We did the call after 10 minutes of the scheduled time and the process was handled in a very professional manner. Thank you for the good service of Mr Jivat and MyCLNQ.

This clinic is running a scam for the tele ART. We made appointment for tele ART and pre-paid for the test. Nobody started the call on the mobile app. We live chat with calling the clinic, called their clinic number, contacted their whatsapp and got no reply at all. Please avoid this clinic at all cost. And call your credit card issuer to get your refund back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. I followed their instructions to book a pre-departure ART using their app. I made payment online and they cancel your appointment even though you have already paid. This place is a SCAM. Like the other reviews here, they don't pick up any phone calls. Absolutely disgraceful for a health and medical service. Avoid MyCLNQ and go somewhere else if you can.

Easy to use, no need to upload crazy amounts of documents. Remote ART could not have been smoother. Staff was responsive as well. Was attended to by Vivian. Not sure why there are negative reviews.

Very friendly and professional staff, Bridget, who made our first remote ART experience so smooth and simple. When we needed extra help during check-in, Bridget was right there online to tender immediate and effective assistance. Great job!

【NEVER EVER GO TO THIS MYCLNQ ANG MO KIO】 On 1DEC2021, my mum make the appointment for ART test for 6DEC2021, preparing come back on 7Dec2021. We though everything is well prepared till we met this ridiculous incident from Myclnq Ang Mo Kio branch?. The operating time stated from the website is 9am-9pm, when my mum reach to the place on 10am, there’s no one inside the clinic , even though tried to call the clinic is unreachable , when they pick up the phone, they told us wait another 30mins, waiting for someone call back, till the end there’s no one give us a call, and we have to call back again then get the answer what they said: ‘ our staff suddenly have emergency case need wait another 10mins come back to clinic’ , then we wait another 30mins but there’s still no one reach to the clinic, imagine we have took the leave and make appointment a week in advance for the ART TEST, till the end, the PIC told us go other side for the test!!! I really don’t understand such a big clinic , is it only one employee handle everything? And the attitude they treat us like , if you can wait then wait, if no, please go to other side? This incident shows that how unprofessional this clinic handle their client, who will take the responsible if we failed to do the test then can’t back to Malaysia ? We just ask for the simply explanation via WhatsApp from this Myclnq, but we have been ignore like nothing happen ? We feel very disappointed for having this kind of bad experience, never ever come back to this clinic again!!!!
