★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store sales assistances are not enthusiastic and helpful at all. Staff don't even bother to offer solutions when 90%of the time the items that i'm looking are out of stock. They may even look reluctant and annoyed to serve customers, this applies to some other outlets as well. Are y'all hiring them to just be a store deco? Same for online store, i have encountered a few times whereby they said the PROMOTIONAL items that i have ordered are found to be defective or not in sellable condition. Hey if that's the case why do you even bother to put up the promotion? PANDORA PLS DO STH to your service standards, the experience was really awful and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have a male service staff who is so rude and not enthusiastic to help at all. This is on 17 jan at 2pm. My rose gold earrings is tarnished and I tried to seek more information in terms of Maintainences going forward. He told me just need to pay $25 send for polishing that’s all. And when I press him how to maintain after polishing he said keep in ziplock bag. And impatiently told me this is rose gold plated of cus it will be tarnished! Seriously i never even use the earrings before as it was a gift and kept it in the box and it was tarnished in an awful condition. Are pandora products so lousy? This staff give customers an attitude, rude face and cannot be bothered service. Please train your staff better, what a turn off??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet a few times & nothing change. All of your staff really have an unpleasant attitude. Recently went to get my bracelet sent for polishing & was assisted by this salesman CT was his initial on my receipt he had an annoyed face & give me that attitude where he actually doesn't want to assist but had no choice because his being paid to assist anyway. Collected my bracelet yesterday, & same person with the same attitude. No smile, no welcome greeting, nothing. Really did not expect pandora customer service was this bad you need to sent all your stuff to a refresher course or something to refresh back their attitude. At least the outlet in airport wasn't this moody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11th July, I went to Bugis Pandora at around 3pm. There wasn't much people around there, so I went in to take a look to find a gift for my parents. The staffs there were very helpful, and assisted me throughout. I remembered my parents had a bracelet that were getting rather rusty already so I consulted them for any advice. They gave me tips on how to maintain it, and gave me information on how their repair and polish service works. The staffs who helped me that day was a guy and a girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs had very bad attitude. Asked a lady to show us the ear studs design and she simply pointed saying that there it is, as if we will not make any purchases at all. She also failed to mention membership benefits such as discounts that can be applied before payment, only mentioning it after further prompting from us.
Will recommend going to other outlets instead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went all the way here for the ring I was looking for and asked the chinese lady staff for my size, they didn’t even bothered to check and just told me they don’t have it, asked for other outlets, she just said to me, “most stores don’t have already” so what about the rest of the stores?? nvm, I walked around to see if I like anything else and I heard them saying in mandarin, “if want to buy sales item, come earlier la, come so late—“ (I didn’t even know it was on sale) the chinese lady staff from china showed attitude & being freaking rude for no reason. the dude just using his phone at the corner, what kind of staffs is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Pandora bangle. The lady was helpful and she let me try a few designs and charms. She knows her product and not pushy at all. She waited for me to decide. This is my first Pandora purchase and I will definitely go down again to add more charms to my bangle.
