I chanced upon By Invite Only where I was attended to by Ari, who is by far one of the best salespersons Iβve encountered. She patiently answered my questions, recommended products after hearing my requirements and even helped as I struggle with a new payment method. Her eloquence and warmth paired with her genuine desire to help find the perfect gift for me was what sold me. Thank you Ari for going above and beyond and making my first (and definitely not the last) experience with By Invite Only a wonderful one.

β β β β β I came 10 minutes into closing time, but Serene was so patient, kind and accommodating. She served me really well, allowed me to try on different earrings and gave me good recommendations. Even though it was closing time, she was so bubbly and patient throughout me making a decision until I completed my purchase. Would definitely go back especially to the Bugis outlet to be served by Serene again!

β β β β β Serene at the Bugis branch was absolutely lovely to my mum and I. She was so cheerful and positive. She was knowledgeable about the different materials of the jewelry. She sanitised the jewelry before we tried them on. She was also able to give recommendations and tell us about new designs. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and I'm sure she loves her job. ?
