as a designer, they really had do a good job to serve us, very fast reply when i message their sales person, using Casa Stone for more than 3 years, they are the best compare to others quartz supplier i use, for others designer or contractor to take note of quartz supplier most important they must have 1. if you guys not planning to do business just say so, i only ask for business card from your chinese lorry driver, really need to talk so loud? still have the guts to say that i don't have eye isit? what type of service is this? speechless super unprofessional

My bathroom table top, kitchen table top and study table top are all done by Casa Stone on separate occasions. The quality is good and the Malaysian guys installing the table tops are all very efficient and experienced. However, my recent experience with them is absurd and a complete nightmare. In their team of workers, there is an Indian guy who came to my place and wayang and then refused to take measurements as it is too challenging for him. Another team of Malaysian Chinese workers came back to finish the job. The same Indian guy came back later to install the study table top, he had to switch on the fan while drilling a hole for electrical wiring and caused the dust to 'fly' all over the house. Huge mess created that we had to clean up thereafter. In addition, he drilled the wrong size and blamed it on my dad. The previous size was already there for him to follow but he had to wayang and recommend a larger electrical writing hole on the tabletop. When I complained to his boss, the boss took the side of the employee. I didn't pursue since the boss is unable to see the rotten apple in his team. So if you are planning to use Casa Stone, I think it is okay. But if they send an Indian guy to your doorstep, I would recommend you to close the door immediately and save yourself from all the headaches later on. You can thank me later for this.
