Great customer service and very value for money. Highly recommend this shop. Have been patronizing them for the past 4 years.

Took my ipad pro down to the store to get it appraised and see how much they’d be willing to buy it for. A middle-aged lady attended to me. Did all the testing then claimed that because of a dent on my ipad she would deduct $100 from the base price of $500. I took my ipad back and looked at it carefully, not a single dent anywhere at all. Walked out because I sensed dishonesty. Be wary of selling your items to them. Better off selling on carousell which FYI i just sold my ipad the day after for $700. $300 more than what redwhite offered.

I’ve been patronising this store since 2015 (ever since this store was temporary located at Bugis Cube). Safe to say i have purchased more than a dozen devices from them. I was excited when i found out that this store accepts latitudepay, hence i decided to go there today to purchase a phone. Ended up i was humiliated just because the app rejects my card (which turns out to be a glitch). Basically, i was browsing for about 10 mins (while the store is empty), and once the store starts to have customers, i immediately made my decision. Unfortunately, Latitudepay rejects my card. While i was trying to workaround on it, the man working at the store speaks out loudly to another customer in mandarin about wasting time serving me ended up payment declined, followed by saying that if i dont have money, dont come to this store. Its not like i come there and if the app have problems, i wont make any purchase. In fact, i planned to purchase an airpods pro in the event things dont go as planned. After hearing this, i immediately thank them for their time and leave. I cannot believe i that this is what i get for patronising their store for 7 years (and even recommended this store to my family and friends). I will never step foot in this store again FOR SURE. Anyone with similar experiences, please do take time to give them a bad review, cause they really deserve it. Oh and this is the best part, turns out my LatitudePay account was having a glitch and all it takes to fix it was to log out and in again. Luckily this happened and i get to see the TRUE FACE of Redwhitemobile.

The two stars I have added is for the availability of the mobile model. The important thing required for a business is not here, which is the customer friendly environment. The staff delivering was fine but the owner or manager there was very rough. Secondly even when buying a mobile which is 1350 sgd, the shop has nothing to offer as complimentary which is terrible in retail shops. Even now a days dealers give something as complimentary. So I would not recommend this shop for purchase. Better to make purchase from race course road or tekka.

I would say this is a no thrills kinda shop. I was served by the older gentleman in the shop who I have to say was unfriendly, unhelpful and minimal customer service approach. The shop sells phones only, no screen protector or help setting up etc. If you are prepared for this, just buying the phone is all you need then its fine

Have been a patron of this shop for a few years. This is one of the most stocked places around with prices that are reasonable. They have prices listed on their web site clearly and as long as you know what you want... this is the place to go. The team is helpful and frank... direct about their suggestions that would meet your needs - you just have to know what you need. cheers!

A place run by yours truly, tyrants. I guess this place only provides an excellent service when you are buying things from them. When I tried to sell my S21 Ultra they did the test needed they took out my expensive and excellent condition screen protector without asking for permission or confirming the price that they wish to take in my phone. They even further slash the price you can see only by $50 for a very small scratch. This leave me no choice but to deal with them.

Super pleasant transaction!! They buy my phone at a substantial amount, more than half the price. I only need to top up a few hundreds to purchase the new phone model. Steady and quick trade. Also, fast responses through call. Will continue to trade with them. Thank you!??
