Served by an excellent staff named James who knows good customer service. Very patient when speaking to his customers he is buying items from, and understanding in explaining why he is only able to give a certain amount for your items.

β β β β β Staff are generally helpful and offer assistance even w/o asking. Customer service is on point no doubt. But the prices of most 2nd hand items in cash converters are too fairly priced at near or above retail price. Hence would not recommend shopping due to highly marked up prices.

β β β β β Visited store yesterday simply to browse. But after being approached by service staff RAJA a couple of times to explain the products. I felt more comfortable, thus I purchased some items. Even though he was busy, he made sure he took time to attend each & every customer. Wasnt hard selling or forceful. Very friendly & understanding person, THANKS SO MUCH!!

β β β β β Been to the Tampines outlet and this outlet at Toa Payoh is a lot bigger! Love the selection of tableware and interesting decor pieces. Keep your eyes out and you can find something nice for your home!
Service was good as they helped to keep my items at the counter as they saw me browsing around for some time. Will be back to treasure hunt!
