★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful, pleasant & polite staff on both occasions when I took in watches & small leather items for evaluation. First time selling off items (and feeling apprehensive as is), and this was the only place that took in the brands I was intending to sell off. The staff were so helpful, frank about the quotations, most importantly made one feel at ease. Presume prices on the lower side, but the excellent & ease of service in re-homing my items clinched it for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, smooth and quick service. Did try to sell items directly beforehand but only got questions and no genuine offers so turned to EcoRing for a quick sale.
Prices are obviously lower than if I sell directly but I guess it’s fair for a quick and hassle free deal.
Would use their service again for items in future especially if unsuccessful in selling directly again.

Appraiser herself is very professional and knowledgeable in addition to being very personable. Her explanation on the items were also very good. My wife was happy to conduct sales with them. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the outlet at Far East Plaza which is convenient. The shop front was well lit and the reception staff was friendly. The appraiser, Melissa was professional, conversational and asked relevant questions regarding the item. Price offered for a decade old product was relatively reasonable. Mode of transaction was either by cash or PayNow and will definitely recommend others.
