M	Muhammad Jeffrie Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in my G-Shock watch for battery replacement last Saturday and managed to collect it in the nick of time yesterday (08/04/22). I didn't know that they were about to close up as they stated for last job will end at 5.30pm but close at 6.30pm. Managed to arrive there around 6.15-ish pm. Practically rush down there after work. Despite they were preparing to close up, they were very kind and helpful in getting my watch ready (mind you, their lights were about 3/4 switched off already) and went out of their way to get the matter settled. Just so you know that these people weren't exactly Casio staffs but just to happens to share the same office space. Kudos for their service. Will definitely recommend Casio watches and timepieces to friends and family. Thanks again, guys (and a lady). You deserve your 5 stars. I really appreciate your help!!

Not only I request for change of battery they also do extra by checking the water pressure on my watch. Will definitely send my watch there again. Sending there I know my watch is in good hands.

It took about a month to collect my watch because of the waiting time for the strap. But that wasn't an issue for me. I was very pleased with their good attitude and friendly service. I would definitely send my watch here again if I need a repair. Highly recommended.

Really professional, they cleaned my watches although I just brought it for battery change. They also advised what battery the watches were on and how frequent I have to change them. Great service and recommend this place for servicing !

When I wanted to replace only the battery, they even took the initiatives to clean up my watch modules because of the battery leak without any additional cost. Recommended to send watches here for batteries replacement or any other rectification required. Their professionalism and positive service attitude had made my day. Thanks once again.
