Brought my watch for a simple request to remove one link because I can't get it out with the locktite glue on the screws. Waited 20 mins for my name to be called because there were others ahead of me and they fixed it in under 5 minutes, I was so pleasantly surprised. Great work

Not the first time in RSC. Send a few of my watches including my grandmother’s full gold datejust for service. Served by Blake who is very understanding and polite. He gives straight up honest and professional opinion on the issues and if they are require to be fixed. Very prompt and immediate actions from him too. Detailed explanation on what is going on and what will happen. Very excellent service from Blake. Follow ups from RSC is pretty good. A few weeks into the service, they will give a call for the pick up. No fuss on the pick up, just bring over the receipt for retrieval. To be honest, a lot of feedbacks say that their watches are scratched from the servicing. It may or may not happen but I feel that after RSC cleans the watch the scratches from daily wear will be seen easily as compared when we clean our watches ourselves. Cannot expect a polished surface to be perfect when serviced especially if polished surface can even get scratched from just rubbing against jeans or even rough cloth. If you don’t want the risk of scratch don’t send it in unless your watch have serious issues. If scratches are acceptable then send it in. Either way if you wear a watch it will get scratched.

First time visit since I started wearing my first Rolex watch more than 20 years ago. It is a small centre with a great waiting lounge except it was packed with customers and there was a moment when there were not enough seats. I also notice the collection lounge waiting area is equally big but all seats were empty. Perhaps the both lounges could be re-arranged so visitors may be ushered to wait there when the service lounge is full.

Update: I did reach back out. Spoke with my same representative. RSC has committed to fully repairing my watch, replacing the damaged parts, performing full function testing, and QC prior to returning it. I am hopeful. I have to be. If all goes well, I will report back on the experience. Original: Super dissatisfied and frustrated. Brought in a Sky Dweller that was lightly scratched for service. Came to pick it up, got home, and realized the watch was now Broken and I couldn’t even set the time. Story does not get better. When I went to pick up again, no paperwork that even said what they fixed or replaced. No admission of fault, no discount, no nothing. Then I noticed that the watch was scratched again, all over and including all around the crown, case, and bezel. Basically they have ZERO Quality Control, don’t care, and do very poor quality work. They also do not seem to take any responsibility. My watch is back in for the third time, and who knows what I will end up with. I am so sad. I worked very very hard and am so proud of this watch, and it will never be the same as the awesome watch I brought in. If it is not perfect when I pick it up, the next stop the legal system! I work way to hard for this. Photo 1, Zoom in, you can see the chunks missing from my bezel, and the marks around the crown where they disassembled and reassembled. Photo 2, Zoom in, you can see the scratches in the reflection of my phone. Sure love the iPhone macro mode. I have many more. My watch will never be the same. I personally recommend you do not service your watch with them at all unless it is completely not working. Please Rolex, make a comment.....

Worst experience ever! Paid a fee for servicing and collection needs 5 weeks based on standard. Requested for it to be expedited because my father needs it for my wedding date. One customer service agent committed before 20 May then the other committed 30 May. Therefore I sent an email to clarify why the different promises on different dates. Then, a 3rd customer service called on the same day and mentioned collection is ready today but I only have 3 hours to collect before the service centre is closed. My request wasn’t well attended and I have to drop all my plans to go down to collect at such short notice ? Come on Rolex, you can do better.

UPDATE: they came good in the end, though they didn’t clean the bracelet and instead made up for it otherwise. Original review follows: I’ve had occasion to visit here a few times in the last years. Service is always slow, and usually something turns out not right, resulting in lots of waiting and repeated and frustrating trips. Previously, it was a misaligned day wheel on a vintage watch. When challenged, it was “resolved” by replacing the vintage wheel with a brand new one without discussion or agreement. That was truly resolved after insisting of reinstatement of the original wheel. At the same time, a jumping second hand, identified at submission for service, was also not rectified. Another time, the crown fell out. Today, I was called to tell me to come and collect following replacement of the bracelet. On arrival, the new bracelet was marked where the protective stickers had been removed. When I queried this, I was told they would clean it but I should come back in two hours. When challenged why I was told it was ready when it was clearly not, there was no response other than to repeat that the sticker marks need to be cleaned. I declined to waste yet more time here and asked for the watch to be returned after removal of some links. That was 30 minutes ago and I’m still here waiting for the links to be removed. Quality control here is poor and resolution of issues painful. I’d avoid coming here at all if you can avoid it. Really, the brand ought to intervene to get this place up to the standard expected from Rolex but sadly not delivered here.

Everything went on smoothly from sending in my watches to collection. Was attended by Blake, very professional, polite and thoughtful. Advise me on how to care for my watches and also what is the best size adjust to fit my wrist comfortably. Pleasant experience.

Great Service by Sumarnie. Thought of sent my 5year submarine 16610lv hulk for service. Instead Sumarnie advice me as my watch is superb condition. She advice that just need to touch up the bracelet will do. Thank for her professional help and service. Didn’t wait much longer sending of watch took around 30min. Collection of watch took around 10min.
