★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omega has lost a potential customer due to poor service by a male staff here. Walked in and was interrogated on what am I looking for and made me state the model instead of providing options.
I asked to see the Speedmaster and he just told me curtly that ita not available for sale until I prompted to see it on my request.
He did not initiate any conversation or advice at all. I actually was also interested in the Seamaster but didn’t bother trying because this staff’s attitude already was too off-putting.
Having come from the Rolex store next door, I see the stark contrast between the service and attitude of the staff which reflects the luxury brand so much.
Guess my research of whether to get Rolex vs. Omega is done here lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting an Omega boutique and the experience was simply magnificent. I stepped in knowing I'd purchase a Seamaster Diver 300M. However, at the boutique, I was a little spoiled for choice. Mr Hezron Tan was certainly helpful in suggesting how I should frame my perspective to pick the watch that best suited how I intended to use it.
Mr Hezron Tan had extensive product knowledge and I truly enjoyed learning the heritage, tradition and prestige behind the Omega brand, the Seamaster line of timepieces and even the Man on the Moon watch he sported.
Mr Tan was patient, and meticulous in explaining how to care for very first Omega timepiece, from basic handling, to cleaning and caring, and even the step-by-step servicing steps.
This may have been my first visit, but certainly won't be my last. I look forward to visiting once more if I ever want to add another Omega timepiece to my collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired with Roland Ng last year on the Worldtimer but there was no stock. However, he took the time to explain the brand history and features of other watches in the store. A comfortable browsing experience then.
Surprisingly, he called me 6 months later in May 2021 to update me on the Worldtimer availability. He remembered me!
He’s attentive to the designs I like and update me on the suitable ones periodically.
Not a pushy fellow hence I will pop by whenever I am in Orchard for lunch. Roland will always help me to compare with similar designs that I owned before buying…. But the watches are so attractive that I already bought a few pieces.

Mr Hezron is highly patient and knowledgeable in walking me through various watch models and making appropriate recommendations on watches that suit my needs and lifestyle. Mr Marcus shared the Omega brand story and gave me great conviction on the brand. Throughout the process, there was no pressure of selling their products. All I can feel is the passion in them. After 2 hours of knowledge sharing by them, I left the boutique by purchasing 2 Omega watches. I would highly recommend Omega ion boutique to anyone who wants to experience the superb "Omega Experience".
