★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at swatch usually, in my past experiences.
Many of the bad reviews come from the people that are unsatisfied as they could not get their hands on a plastic watch that they queued hours for.
Note that it was not expected that this event would have thousands that would come, as usually swatch does not have this many numbers, even in past launches.
Please do not blame swatch for such issues.

Had a good chat and though was not lucky enough to purchase it.
Will definitely be back but no pressure with the moonswatch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving a date or more info as to when the MoonSwatch would be restocked would be good, instead of having to waste a trip each time to see if there is stock. Of course there is always no stock. Over a month now. Ridiculous how this whole fiasco with the watches have been handled. A screw up from the beginning. Swatch ought to be embarrassed with themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working in the store didn't even bother to look at me when I walked in randomly to inquire about the Moonswatch... also not bother to tell me more about its availability or restock date.. and simply told me to come back "everyday" to check if I want it because the watch may come in anytime... that makes me wonder, whether it's worth buying it anymore.. cheap marketing strategy and customer service, for a cheaper watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called swatch hotline to inquire about the omega x swatch and they told me not to go early and Q. Just come when the stores open, there will be more than enough stock. At the end, there was a massive Q and swatch handed out tickets for them in advance. So what is the point of adhering to advice of swatch when they are encouraging people to Q by giving early comers tickets instead of dispersing the crowd. Very very disappointed at how they handled the situation.
