CCK Family Clinic - 304 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4

I was feeling not well got covid symptom's because i had close contact with covid patient on saturday and suspect my self get covid, i did told doctor i already done ART Test for few days still negative. I was request for PCR Test, but doctor just ignore my request and straightly give me an ART Test. At last i was go to others clinic get PCR Test and YES i am right. I am positive. Its really horrible experienced.

Went on 12th Jun evening 9:30pm, was rejected by the receptionist to see doc even though they close at 11pm. I was 29 week pregnant and suspect having stomach flu. They just don't bother and ask me go elsewhere.

My son & daughter were sick. Clinic told me waiting time 1.5 hrs. Then i came back in 1hr 15mins. Doc left and they said they are closed. I did not even received any calls from them. Poor service

Last time was opening 24hrs, now has changed to 7am -12am timing. Today came for a flu & cough consultation, Doctor James was experienced, fast & polite. Counter service was as good. Consulting for flu related under government’s subsidies is just $10 for me.

Dr. ENG SOO KIANG!! Very bad experienced,I have a phobia in any kind of injection and this guy Doc.dont even care and very rude to tell me just do and go,even if I ask to give me 1min.i have my husband with me to assist me but he ask him to go out even if I said I can't do it without him...i even put im height wrong, in about 3cm and he corrected me saying U think ur 153? Youre just 149,lol.. WORST! WORST! If there -0 star I will be very happy to give it to you!!

If there is an option for no stars, i would give it to them. Walked in and reported high fever and running nose and negative, just gave me an art, DIDNT EVEN TAKE MY TEMPERATURE. Hr machine and bp machine no use. In conclusion, this clinic WILL NOT notice if there is any serious illness, they only wants to get through more patients to make more money. Overall bad work ethics i hope they improve for other customers, as i wont be coming back.

Dr.Helena is the best. She always explain me well and takes time to let me explain. I meet a lot of doctor , most of them don’t even let me finish and always want to rush things. But this doctor have taken special place in my heart and health.

Brought my sick mum to seek medical help,she is hard on hearing, told doctor he needs to speak louder. He spoke the same. And ended up i have to repeat the questions he asked. He is eccentric, and rudely told me off as i need to put a water bottlw on his table. The room is small i understand but he could tell me to hold on or put on chair. How i know there is no sign i dont know he got special not-to-do in clinic. As i still need to make my sick mum comfortable to hold her stuff. Then he take her blood pressure, then ask me to remove the blood pressure measure i cannot understand..i have never experience this before. Thenhe even called in the next patient before we left the consultation room,. He was not even interested to listen when i want to tell her my mum allergy to medicine. He says go tell the nurse outside. Until now i cannot understand how did i even chance uppn this clinic, but i know i should not go again. I came out thinking what a bad experience a sick person and care giver has to go through. So ridiculous.
