★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service. I respect the upfront workers in Singapore during this pandemic, but not this polyclinic. Their app is rubbish, not even able to login to change appointment, my digital Singpass works perfectly fine for any app except this OneNUH! Counter staff told me I can THROW AWAY my blood test report since I can't change appointment myself and I walk in they also can't help because slot is full and there is no other way to reschedule to next weekend (I came in at 8am on 27 Nov, counter no 1). Good luck to patients who visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting and inhumane service....had the audacity to lecture my friend, patients walk in and book appointments to meet the doctor and still the front desk was being so rude and uncooperative. My friend was terribly sick and just arrived at the place and upon registration this old lady was being inconsiderate and went on rambling. Really not satisfied with how rude she was being and no hospitality at all! Wasted her precious time and energy going to CCK. Wished this review system had negative numbers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got rejected because all appointment slots are full. How would an individual know they were to get hurt and then book an appointment? Can you forecast your own pain? Oh tomorrow I’m going to wake up with chest pains, will book appointment tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cck polyclinic service is bad. I came into the clinic hoping to get a check up and medication for C+. One staff directed me to queue up to register but the staff who helped to register patient rejected me because of not having slots and doctors.I was feeling discomfort while queuing but It is even disappointing to see C+ got rejected. I was already feeling very sick and I still have to travel from polyclinic and look for another clinic. knowing the cases are rising, why couldn’t implement an efficient system to cater for more walk in patients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be able to walk in even if appointment is full. I spent almost $9 to take grab over and was rejected to go in my Kim Lim as appointment is full. Seriously, how can anyone forecast or predict that they will sick the night before?
Now had to spend another $9 to go home to find other clinic.

Ms Karen, if you can’t understand someone financial needs to pay the outstanding balance because he/she is facing severe depression & needs to seek medical help immediately it’s time for you to buck up & understand different people difficulties in life.
if she/he came to the clinic with her/his friend/partner, you can’t be forcing her/his friend/partner to pay for this person. & then proceed to ask her/his friend what they’re working as or if there’s anything important to pay so they can clear off the person WHO NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION. if you’re a financial counsellor, you gotta learn some manners to up your standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.10pm appointment. As of 2.06pm, still showed waiting status. Reached there 1-2mins earlier and refreshed my app at 2.10pm sharp. Only to be greeted with missed queue. Seriously doctor cannot wait? If cannot wait why treat? Go find a job elsewhere that has no appointments. What's the point of having appointment and not sticking to it. I'm early, not late. So why should I be penalised to wait and wait for being early? Impatient bunch. Additional 15 minutes of waiting and still not seen the doctor yet.
