Called to the phone number given in the receipt to check the status of my health screening report many times, but nobody is able to pick up my call. So I have to go down physically to the clinic. In any way the reception is very friendly and very helpful.

Queue 30min and Doctor tell register stop register right at me at the counter. Dont know what take so long for them to manage queue and say earlier. Btw 2 hr later is requeue. And behind me still got 10 over people. And they still dont know yet. Stupid.

Very disappointed with Raffles Medical, Their staff is very unprofessional with their attitude and their doctor as well, I'm a 26 years old due to why looking very young they treated me like a super healthy guy without asking me on medical history. ( I actually have underlying condition but who cares.. ) I went there to see the doctor on my 8th day of positive due to being unwell, my company boss have actually requested me to get the ART tested ,there but the doctor refuse and saying that they are to busy for that and if I really want to do it, government won't subsidies and ask me to pay for it myself. in the end the doctor just give me medicine for my symptoms, even though this is my company clinic. **very horrible first impressions.**

Went down tdy at 1130am , Brought my 2yo child with a very high temperature . Thou the Q r super overwhelming yet the nurse was able to take in my child in & a few other patient before finally stopping the Q due to the crowds , thanks Nurse (cudnt catch ur name) . Swab done by a nice friendly nurse , she is gentle & not pushy xpecially to kids . Was seen by Dr Joshua , he did an amazing tarrely check on my child with details of xplaination to me . Whatever concern & worries qns i had Dr able to ans with confidence to ensure that my child health is all ok . Not forgetting Dr is nice & friendly thou ! Tq Raffles Teams ??

Very disappointed on this raffles medical at chua chu kang lot 1, on Friday 11 Feb test covid positive want to see doctor, they miss out my husband no being the last 1 after check with nurses why he is 1st no become last patient. After see doctor he was isolated at home, till 15Feb did not even receive any MOH sms. Call the MOH they mentioned if clinic report your case you should have received sms, that mean this clinic did not report his case. Those that have close contact with my husband already test positive after see doctor in morning, afternoon already received sms from MOH

Experience was extremely bad. The receptionist and nurses were unprofessional and somehow rude. Did my full body check during December 21, they spilled my samples and did not inform me until I called a month later to check for updates. Hence, I had to redo the entire tests (blood test, urine test and paps smear) twice. Blood test was done horribly by a nurse that my arm was bruised for a week. It’s close to March now and still no updates from them on my report status. Tried calling them but line was always cut off.

Got my serology test here for the purpose of verifying my overseas COVID vaccination on Jan 28. To date, there has not been any update on my NIR and TraceTogether records. Email them via Raffles Medical website and have not heard back. Called both Lot 1 and the corporate office but line was cut off unexpectedly without any means of leaving a message, much less a chance to talk to a representative.

Dr Lee Hui Mean was very patient and assuring. She explained and listened to our description of symptoms. Concise and clear in answering our few questions. Good. Her approach gives the patient confidence and trust in the prescribed medication. While its not a big thing, counter staff could have been more helpful and a bit more service oriented. E.g. Before seeing doctor, after taking temperature, she should have said if there's is fever. I had to ask; She said yes. Then I had to ask the temperature reading.
