Name 24hr clinic but aft 10pm clinic closed??‍♀️??‍♀️ say consultation will resume 9am but now already 10am but clinic haven’t open.

Went to see a doctor at this place regarding my knee issue from my previous bike injuries. Worst doctor ever. Only give me 1 day mc and painkillers. And to top it off. Price was 75.90$ just for a few minutes consultation.

Like seriously? If you don't open it 24 hours, why it is a 24 hours clinic? Useless. And the staff inside just display the notice after we keeping pushing and knocking the door several time. Worse clinic.

Terrible and worst clinic I ever seen so far. Visit just because all other clinics were closed on PH. The entire consultation less than 20sec without checking despite of my sore throat and coughing badly.

The clinic claim 24 hrs, but is not!! The door isn't any signage indicating the conculting hours and very troublesome for some who don't know the time at all, lousy clinic and poor management to facilitate the patient.

2 bad experience with this clinic. If i got the choice i would give negative star rating. In Feb22, my son self tested C+ and we brought him to this clinic for MC and medication. The nurse anyhow did the ART for him (she just simply use the cotton butt to touch his nosedrills, the cotton bud was not even wet) and certainly the result was negative. Next day morning we went to another clinic to re-test and indeed he was C+. Luckily we were vigilant enough to put him isolated on that immediate day otherwise the whole household will get infected. I have body ache from Sunday 26 jun evening, Monday 27 jun morning i went to visit this clinic out of no choice cos this is the co panel nearest to my house. I told the doc i experienced nothing else but body ache. His reply is really fantastic! "I cant treat you cos you have not developed any symptom showing what kind of infection you have" "you can continue with panadol but it wont help you except relieving a bit of your body ache" what the hell is it?! He never bother to check my temperature though i told him i checked at home and i have no fever. The best part is they mixed up my name and ic no with someone else, meaning in their system my ic was tagged with another person name and details. Yet the nurse was holding my IC and called for my name when she registered me, meaning she never check at all. I approached the nurse after waiting for about 1hour for my mc and panadol, she told me it was ready long ago and she keep calling me but i never respond to her. Harlo i was just sitting right in front of her counter, why dun she just wave her hand or walk to me? Anyway today 27 jun i went to another clinic, telling the same to the doc: no other symptom except body ache and this experienced and responsible doc did a covid test on me and i am C+. Central 24 hr clinic pls educate your doctor and nurse to be more professional. Dont send these useless team to increase our covid infection rate

Terrible doc and staff. I did home art for throat swab - positive 2 times. Negative on nose swab. Doc said throat positive is NOT a positive. Said to come back when nose is positive as they will NOT do a throat swab for me. Ridiculous. And they said to come back only at 4pm to do the test. I was at clinic at 140pm. Crazy Definitely making a complain to MOH too.

Its always closed after 8pm . Even after i call them they said it will b open since its 24 hrs. They did nit allow me to take appointment also ask me come walkin. Such pathetic service must at leadt mention clinic open from 9am to 8pm instead of mention 24 hr.. we travel so far and then kena... if cannot oprn 24 hrs then at least dont cheat people
