★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The givrn phone number in the site is engaged from the time clinic opened at 8pm,I repeately called more then 50 times,line engage tone only.It says we need to have an appointment before going clinic.Very disappointing as we thought it was nice to have GP st our area but when they dont respond to my email too.at such misfortune we have to see a doctor in woodgrove or woodlands st 31.I worked in service infustry too,a phone call must be answered within 3 rings but here no one is attending but 8n the site shows as operating from 8pm.it puzzles me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my worst experience ever. went to the clinic at 8:30 in the morning done everything and waited for the MC to be handed to me, they then told me to come back at 2:30pm cause their machine was broken, then they said will call me but didnt received any call from them. So i waited until 8pm and went over again to collect my MC the staff there have a horrible attitude towards me. LJ la useless close down la cb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for sinovac vaccination. Book appointment via WhatsApp, told to go 7.30-8.30am. But on the vaccination day, very disorganised at clinic, doctor not even in clinic at 8.15am. Clinic assistant keep saying not enough vaccine and needles for vaccination when crowd built up to near 10 patients. Started vaccination in an open room without doctor in clinic. No observation whatsoever post vaccination, against MOH recommendation of 30mins observation.
Not recommended as a clinic to go for sinovac. Do try another clinic with safe practice

When I explained that I am checking on sinovac and if appointment can be made. Was given some attitude to come by next time. Clinic assistant was in a rush to push me out and is clearly understaffed.
Did not have a good experience. Wanted to come here to give it a try. But oh wells. I guess I should go back to elsewhere instead.
