β β β β β Came 14 minutes past opening time (2:14pm) queue number at that moment was 15. It is now 1546. 1.5 hours later. But the queue number is still at 18. Very very very slow. I read all the reviews while waiting. And it's sad to see admin being defensive. If there are plenty of 1 star reviews, it doesn't mean patients are here to harass. It is a genuine experience. I am a first timer here due to certain reasons. And this is the worst and longest waiting time I've had to wait in a GP for a long time. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Very very bad. If you don't have the time to wait, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME HERE. You have been warned. After reading the same reviews from MONTHS AGO, and nothing has changed, it really is a reflection of the clinic's system.

β β β β β Please treat patients time as precious as your's, if the waiting time is long or no time to see please inform within 10 minutes when we came to you after 1 hour if you are saying no time to see, then I really felt whether doctor's have heart, my child was at 39.5 degree temperature. If no time please say before not after 1 hour. Attached my kid's pic with green tshirts who waited unnecessarily for 1 hr and received a reply saying no time to see.

β β β β β Disappointed with how the clinic arranged for the patients to be seen. Despite having a queue number, the doctor priorities the people behind my queue who s doing the PCR/ART. It a waste of my time. I was the fifth in the queue and i ended up to be the last one to be seen by doctor. Even those who came after me got their consultation done alr.

β β β β β The queue is horrendous, so long. Doctor take his own sweet time to get to the next patient. U can be in the 3rd queue. But end up, you will spend almost 2 hours here

β β β β β Oh, my gosh! waited for 1.5 hours for a blood test with nothing done. Have four tries with the needles moving around my blood vessel (you can imagine the pain in me). I finally gave up as he could not get a single blood out for the lab test. Then he was relieved by saying "thank you for not asking me to do this!".
Am I seeing a qualified doctor?!

β β β β β WORST clinic experience ever!!!!! I should have read the reviews before coming.
Doctor was SUPER DUPER SLOW. Omg and he barely talk???? i dont even know what i al diagnose with ? the 2 lady at the front desk seems to be super afraid of the doctor, work abuse high chances. Please quit your job, you deserve somemore better. FYI, they speak like mouse i have to beg them to talk to me.
Waiting time 1 hour: no patient in the clinic when i arrive FYI. NO PATIENT.
Avoid at all cost.

β β β β β Highly recommend you to see the review before consulting. First time bring my worker here, came at 11.40pm, told to come back 2pm later. Like that might as well see popyclinic. Counter staff voice so soft that I have to ask twice what she is speaking.

β β β β β Came at 1045am, Dr low Chee wah mark is very slow. They should have put the waiting time is 2/3 hours to meet a doctor. Ended up meeting the doctor at 1pm. And doctor don't bother to check on my mother when she say her leg is pain. Dr low can say come next time as I haven't had my lunch, 1pm already!
