Went in to see doctor, only to be chased out by the receptionist because I have a symptoms of covid. I think they don't want to bother handling people with the symptoms (I'm having cough only.)

Dr Tan is a wise doctor and his charges are reasonable.

Dr Tan is the most suitable person I have met who should be the doctor. I believe he doesn't open the clinic just to earn money. He goes beyond that stage where most of GP in Singapore practice, mainly for the money and rushing consultation time, and it's expensive. Dr Tan offer affordable prices. He opens on Sunday without charging extra consultation fees. I and my whole family have been going here since day one. Thank you, Dr Tan. Hope this message will not affect my future charges. ?

I will put zero stars or even negative if I could. This is my first time visiting this clinic after reading many good reviews for the doctor. Very terrible service at the counter. The moment I enter and did my safe entry, the lady at the counter asked if I have sore throat, runny nose, or fever. I said I have none, only abit of a blocked nose which I always had for many years already. Upon hearing that, she just chase me out and tell me to go to another clinic further down at 888 plaza. Saying there only charge $10 for such symptoms. I was shocked. I told her that consultation fee isn't the concern here because I'm really not well and I will be claiming it from my company. But without clarifying further, she just slammed me saying cannot do company claim here. What I meant was, I will go claim it from my company personally, not through them. Very heartless. Imagine your patients are already feeling awful and have to drag themselves out to see a doctor to get medical help asap, they still chase you away and tell you to go to another clinic even after you explain to them that this clinic is the nearest for you. What kind of clinic chases patients away when they are ill? Absolutely ridiculous and heartless.

The best doctor that I have come across. The medical fee is affordable and very reasonable.

God bless this clinic! Their consultation fees and medical fees are very affordable (called other clinics and they are charging $40-50+ just for consultation fees). I went in to find medication for my female health issues, the doctor held no judgements at all and he was specific in his explanation for my diagnosis. I was entirely comfortable and felt assured about my health.

ZERO STAR!!!!! I called in to ensure this clinic does serology test for vaccination status before I head down. I was put on hold by the receptionist for awhile to ask the doctor. They confirmed and I sent my men down. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dr sitting in slouching posture?!!!!!! Referring to his paper n unsure what test has to be done for serology.. his office looks more like a store room than a room to treat patients! SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL and UNHYGIENIC! When i called in, you should hv checked before having me down! ????????????

Dr Tan has been an excellent doctor! Very professional and gives very good advice. I had a polyn growth years back. Went to a few women's clinic but were unable to detect, even with scans done. Although not a specialist in this area, Dr Tan listened to my concerns and did checks. With his letter, I went to remove it subsequently.
