Acompanied one of my foreign friend to see a doctor there.The staff service is good and the doctor is good and had a thorough check on my friend and patiently ask questions concerned.The clinic is easy to locate as it is just opposite the entrance to the multi storey car park.There are also many amenities around the clinic, like coffeeshops ( Total 5 / including 1 halal ) and many other shops of different diversities.The location is also very near to Woodlands Ave 1. Dated : 05/01/2018 ( Friday ).

Visited this doctor twice and would not go back again. Doctor is very sarcastic. Attitude isn’t very good. Only good thing about this clinic is that it’s cheaper than the rest.

I went to this clinic on 30/09. Doctor is passionate in serving but after talking for so Long, He forgot to give the referral letter. I was so sick that I couldn’t wait longer and I went back home after paying. My wife went to collect the referral letter which took more than 1 hour. After which the referral letter indicate the next day to see the specialist. When I am here today 01/10, They didn’t allowed me to enter as I was having cough due to covid-19. I travel almost 40 mins due to heavy traffic and yet I am unable to see my specialist despite traveling all the way down. Not professional at all causing inconvenience to the patient. Such a pain to travel around when patient isn’t feeling well. Strongly do not recommend unprofessional handling of patient and not knowing the protocol.

Dr Lee is very passionate, showing genuine care and concern. He gave a lot of advises that other doctors failed to do so based on the symptoms I shared. He is not just concerned for today’s condition (so many robotic quick in-out doctors), but took time to understand any concerns and possible β€œstupid symptoms” recurring over the years. He made me feel safe to share. I’m very grateful with his advice of way of living, and walked away with practical tips and new encouragement.

Only 12.27pm and denied entry the malay aunty assistant at counter say close. What a horrible service.

I accompanied my mum to this clinic on 10 June, Friday. My mum was having fever so she can only sit outside of the clinic. I mean this is understandable but the waiting time is almost two hours. After waiting for such long, I approached one of the Malay staff at the counter, she didn’t even listen to me and just asked me to wait again when she took the initiative to offer help for me. I was really speechless about her attitude.
