Thank you Ms Alisa and the team over at The Time Place for assisting my missus with her first Rolex purchase to celebrate our upcoming wedding anniversary. Ms Alisa was very accommodating during the whole process and made the experience very enjoyable. We look forward to the next time we drop by the store again to add to our collection. I'm bewildered by the horrendous service by the male service staff at this boutique. I was there at around 9.20pm today. This is how the conversation went. I walked in and he said "yes what are you here for?" I was shocked at the way he greeted me. I told him that I was looking for a submariner, he said to me "we don have any watches here". There was zero initiation or intention in trying to serve me or show me their exhibition pieces. As I walk around the place, he totally ignored me and continued doing his own things. When I requested to get myself on the waiting list, he just took out some scrappy paper, WHICH CLEARLY WAS USED BEFORE BECAUSE THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PAPER WAS ALR SCRIBBLED WITH THINGS, and told me to write my name and number. I went to so many Rolex shops in Singapore and I have never once been served in this manner. I asked him, "so I need to indicate which one I'm looking for right?" TO MY HORROR, HE TOLD ME TO WRITE MYSELF. LIKE WHAT????? Rolex is a watch which people purchase to celebrate certain accomplishments in life. Instead of understanding his customers needs, he simply treated me with no respect and dignity. Simply looking down on me. I wish to get a response from you. Thank you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Excellent Rolex boutique. Staff are very friendly and professional. Got to mention the SA Catherine was very helpful. Customer service was top notch. Thank you once again for the wonderful Rolex AD experience. Professional team. Highly recommended.

I was attended to by Michael who greeted me very warmly. He was very understanding and patient with my enquiries. Although it was expected that I would be walking out empty handed this time, it didn't feel like a wasted trip. I would gladly buy from this boutique should the opportunity arise.

To be fair. I would expect a Boutique Rolex shop should have a better service even through they don’t have any watch to offer. I walked in with my wife and kid and looked around. I was looking at the counter for 10-20 minutes and no one greeted me. So end up I asked one of the staff to understand how the purchase works. The conversation was just normal and he asked me leave my detail and the model I want(to be honest, I don’t expect to receive any call). Then I left the shop. I then walked into Vacheron Constantine just opposite of the Rolex and immediately been greeted by one of the staff and the conversation was so dynamic and I felt welcomed. Although it’s very late(around 9.00pm, I expect the staff has been standing quite long enough). He was very kind to look at my wrist size and give me his professional advice and told me about the history of the brand. That’s exactly the service I would prefer to receive during the visit and ultimately the service level will reflect the company value and the way they make the watch. So come on Rolex. Walked in to have a look this afternoon (around 3pm) and check if any available watches to purchase (looking to buy for my wife as a wedding anniversary gift) didn’t catch the name of the male staff (older than the rest) but he’s just not interested in my presence. I asked for a possibility of getting any model and all the models I asked he just flat out told me that I should just go to the other retailers instead. He asked me where I’m from and when I told him where (Im based here for the past 17 years) and also mentioned that I’m leaving Singapore soon, he told me I better just try my luck to the country where I’m moving. I do understand the global shortage supply issue but a little friendliness and professionalism would’ve been nice. All other Rolex retailers in Singapore are better in terms of customer service. At least they will converse with me and take note if i wanted to be in their waiting list. The staff here just can’t wait for me to leave his store (even when there’s no other customers around anyways) This store unfortunately gave me the worst experience in my hunt for a Rolex watch. :(

I have been looking for a specific datejust model for quite awhile and left my details with Michael many months back. I thought I wouldn’t receive any news at all but to my surprise Michael contacted me few days back to say that my watch is finally here! Best news and best service received from Michael! Thanks for keeping me in mind and helping me get the watch I’ve always wanted! It was a great buying experience at your Rolex boutique tonight! Hope to drop by again soon!

Did not expect this kinda poor service from Rolex. One of the worst salesman attitudes ever. Is it because we weren’t decked out in brands or we look like we couldn’t afford the products? It was our first time stepping into a Rolex store and old-age salesman can hardly be bothered to entertain us - say watches for exhibition only, can try but cannot buy. We asked for price and old man just directed us to browse on the Rolex website. That was his standard answer. End of story, that was all the hospitality Rolex could extend us. Salesman did not want to take down our contact. Seems like Rolex simply can’t be bothered to earn our business and serves their customers based on prejudice. I fully agree with Mr Carlos Fuentes. We experienced the similar sh*t experience this evening 15 June 2022 at about 7pm. For the sake of your company and the Rolex brand, I strongly advise the company to investigate this employee’s service attitude. I’m surprised Rolex can employ someone of this standard.
