Unfriendly young man of a shop assistant; rather curt and disinclined to help. That helped us decide on a quick exit. There are much better Jewelry shops around MBS, with excellent service.

Chaumet is probably one of my most favourite jewellery brand. They have really exquisite designs, especially the Joséphine collection. Mbs does not really have the full range of designs. I prefer to shop at Chaumet Ion instead.

Love shopping at Chaumet! Never once did they make me feel inadequate even dressed 'shabbily' like shorts etc... (even though the prices of these things makes me feel like a pauper). Love the designs, love the feel, overpriced for what it is but worth it with MBS membership programme (especially during 6% season)!Gotten a tiara ring and no regrets!

Very disappointed at Chaumet. I even planned to get my wedding rings there knowing most of their rings are handmade and their diamonds are of better quality. But look at how long the ring could last (bought it on the 17th of September and the link with diamonds on it fell off yesterday, 25th of October). I was heartbroken because me and my bf hopped that it could last for long time if not for life as it’s a token of our love. I also have friends who got it as their wedding rings and just imagine if their wedding ring broke (how auspicious!!). I brought the broken ring back to the boutique and requested for refund. My reasons are: 1. If they get this ring repaired, how can they make sure it doesn’t break again? Rings are supposed to last for life, especially wedding band (yes this is a wedding band). 2. If I get another design, I would still be worried about the quality and if this new ring would also have some parts fall off after awhile. Updated on 8 Dec 2020: However, I was told that refund is not guaranteed and that they need to send the ring back to Paris for further inspection. To avoid waiting for months (Paris was under lockdown), bf and I decided to get another design from them instead of continuing this debate with Chaumet on whether they should refund us. Was a utterly unpleasant experience and I would not recommend the Liens Evidence series if you’re thinking of getting a ring.
