โ โ โ โ โ A flawed pre departure PCR test process that seems to be in days when the test requirements are in hours. Have to test 72 hours before departure. I test 36 hours before but this is considered tomorrow, so we'll charge you $268 for expedited, whilst at the same time saying it'll be ready the same day of the test and, at worst, the next morning. Makes no sense and a scam to charge you more.
Just keep it simple and go to a lab that specialises in the tests only. They GET that the requirements are in hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude front desk (assuming sheโs Filipino) thereโs also a young Chinese front desk staff who literally threw a piece of paper at us to fill in particulars. In lieu of Covid I would assume a brand like Shenton medical would be more understanding of potential patients plight, but ironically not the case in this branch. If can, avoid at all cost. There are better clinics just across the road.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited on a Saturday morning, not crowded at all. The no-frills clinic was comfortable and clean. Doctor was helpful and offered a recommendation to a bigger clinic for broken finger.

Very professional service was provided at this place, I was expecting I would have to wait for 2 more hours than my scheduled appointment but I only waited for one. I was so flattered and deeply touched by their professionalism, their friendly attitude and very punctual booking system.

Friendly front desk ladies and Dr Siow Chun Siong was really patient and friendly to my 6yo boy who was down with Covid, making the ART test experience a less daunting one for him. โI like Dr Siow!โ, my boy told me. ?
