Dr Liem truly cares for the well-being of his patient. His sincerity is evident from the way he explains why he had proposed a certain course of action arising from his diagnosis. His friendly personality puts patients at ease as well. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who wish to achieve good health, which is the best wealth.

It's not worthy to wait for such a long time. Dr didnt even examine properly. To check gastric and stomach pain, other dr ive met ever met let me lie down and poke my stomach to see whether I feel pain or not. cause if I feel pain, it's serious. But he just examine while I was sitting. Overall it took 3ims. And I was waiting over 30mins for this lame diagnose. Never visit again here

Poor service! The poor review that I wrote for this clinic is erased! Seems like they are posting fake reviews here. Unprofessional practice. I’m writing it again. Took more than 1/2hr to see doc when there’s only one person waiting before us. Doc did not take my girl’s temperature although I mentioned she had slight fever. The clinic assistants(both male) are inexperienced and blur. When asked for a syringe for my 3 yo he said they didn’t have. When I queried he claimed they only had those with needle. He then reluctantly tore open one pack and took out the needle. I declined it as it’s unhygienic to handle the syringe that way. The male assistant took another giant syringe and threw it at the counter saying that’s the only one they have that’s without needle and sealed. Doc reiterated that clinics can choose not to give the syringe to patients but they can provide at a charge $3.50 for a imported syringe. I do not think they are equipped to provide medical care for young patients and utterly disappointed with the attitude of the clinic practice and service. You can easily find a clinic with better service down the road.

I was shocked to read the earlier review from 7 mths ago by a lady who visited with her child so I want to share my own experience with Dr Liem and his team. I first visited MyClinic at KAP a few years ago as they were on my company’s panel doctors and nearest to where I live. I find Dr Liem to be a patient, friendly and competent doctor. His team is polite and professional too although it does take a while for them to dispense medication. (I suspect the slowness has to do with their computer system/wifi.) I really appreciate their patient-centricity and this bouquet for them is long overdue! It can’t be easy dealing with so many patients in a day, especially during this pandemic.

An understated clinic located in King Albert Park Mall with an awesome and patient-centric Dr Alan Liem. A seemingly relatively smaller clinic but has the essential medicine required; at least for the 2 visits that we had. Our family also did the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and AMD w him, taking up much of his time and he was patient to go through even though it is just an additional service he provides at a super reasonable cost without letting one feel hurried. And the Clinic Assistant hmmm i think his name is Derek, was v friendly and helpful too! ?

Dr. Siska is patient, attentive and professional. I was found to be positive after ART test performed by her. The nurses are also attentive and helpful.

Reply to owner’s reply:- If not sign of dengue then why suggest me do dengue test? Please explain. During the visit the first thing that came from Dr Liem mouth was dengue. If there is a delay, shouldn’t your clinic inform? Information passed to me was on the day itself I will have result be it negative or positive. My blood was drawn around noon. Went to this clinic cause of the positive reviews. Dr Liem Sian Yang and the receptionist were friendly however there are two issues that I am not happy about. Dr Liem suggest I do dengue test after I told him my symptoms (high fever, sore throat, body aching), he told me the he will mark it as urgent and will call me on the same day around evening to inform me about the result. Receptionist confirmed this as well but I did not receive any call that evening. The report was sent to me after I call them the next morning, then I notice on the report the requested time is 2140 hour. Not sure if it’s the clinic or lab problem. After I left the clinic only I realised that Dr Liem didn’t check my throat even though I told him I have sore throat. Another issue is that I was prescribed ibuprofen for my fever, even when Dr Liem suspect my case to be dengue. I usually will check all medications prescribed by doctors with my pharmacist before consuming as I have experienced medication wrongly dispensed to me. Ibuprofen is NSAID which should be avoided for dengue case as there will be a risk of bleeding if taken (can just google it up too). Called the clinic to asked why was this prescribed to me when Dr Liem suspect my case to be dengue, receptionist said she will ask the doctor and return call but have been waiting for 2 hours and yet no reply to this.

Dr Alan is an extremely caring and patient doctor who is professional in what he does. He was skillful and gentle when taking my blood, and I was surprised that it was over so quickly. His staff were efficient and I had my results back very quickly. Thank you for the excellent service!
