The outlet did not have the size of the shoe i really wanted to get, and the staff was such a kind gentleman to go to the Suntec city outlet to collect them!! Needless to say this is one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life, and i hope he knows that his services and kindness makes many people really happy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited your store yesterday. I liked a pair of sandal that was on display so i ask for my size. Your sales assistant brought out a new pair of it in my size and i tried it. Fitted perfectly so i purchased it.when i brought it home, and tried it again, i was shocked to learn that the left pair of the sandal was older compared to the other pair. how could this be? Because the pair that i tried in your store was new. I saw it, i tried it both, but when i brought it home the other pair was changed. My suspect is that they change it with that of the one on display. And please dont say you said it's the last pair because i wouldn't have bought it if that's the case.
I tried a new pair in your store but when i brought it home, the other pair was older. What's going on?! Very disappointing!!!!!
