Treatment is overpriced. Every session, the beautician (Mary Ma) will haunt you to buy extra solution, e.g. Ampoules, or add on some extra services. Beautician hard sell their services and package. Earning customers' money is their priority. No peace while doing facial. Every session will promote their other facial package and those package doesn't come cheap. No steaming of face before extraction. So, definitely it will be a painful process. Beautician then hard sell their solution to apply to aid in extraction process. Keep asking customers to top up $$ for extra service like doing pigmentation treatment or etc. They practice bad business antics. When customer say don't want to try any addition treatment or machine, they will pretend to let the customer to try their machine and claim how beneficial it is to the customer. Then coerced customer to do the new treatment. Very dishonest too. My session included neck treatment but when I let my relative to use my package, the neck treatment is not included. Worst facial experience I ever had tried. Also, beautician didn't warn the effects of the treatment that I will be doing and also didn't advice on the after care treatment. :(

I will give a zero star if there is such an option. The beautician Mary Ma will pester you to sign the package and add ons. She did not mention any expiry date for the package at the point of sign up. The terms are not transparent and up to them to decide. Lousy business antics. Do not sign up unless you have spare cash to throw away!
