★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will the management listen and act FAST. Staff collect cash, wipe the counter, holds the cloth, opens and closes the fridge, wraps box and picks up the cake slices - WITH THE SAME PAIR OF SAME GLOVES ON. This worst than other F&B servers without gloves and wash their hands frequently. Training failed. Staff must be taught the purpose of gloves. Is all bout premium cakes with highest hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their pastries and ice cream are great tasting. Currently they have a special Japanese peach cake, which are light and delicious. Good to share with family. The size is reasonable for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude china auntie staff. Keeps shouting at other staff and at customers too. Can't even take the time to look at cakes before she interrupts us multiple times asking us what we want. Cakes are not bad but service is horrible.

On regular day, I like to take away the double fantasy cream puff. On special occasion, their cake is my go to. Small size whole cake and good for small family and save me from over eating. Those cute panda or bear cakes are children favourite. Always bring couples of these cakes along when visiting family and friends. Shop at various outlets, staffs are nice, attentive, helpful and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PICK UP your online cake order from this seletar mall outlet!! They messed up my orders not once, but twice!! ?♀️??
I ordered online their half-half fruit cake but they gave my girl the normal fruit cake during our first order. As their cakes are nice, we gave them a second chance, order online again yesterday and pick up at seletar mall again today. We indicated our collection time as 1-1.15pm but was shocked to know that they messed up our order and thought our collection time was 3pm!! So our cake had not arrived yet when we reached at 2.15pm! Can you imagine we will need to wait for an hour if we came at the indicated time 1.30pm?? ?♀️?? waited for another 20mins before we can collect our cake! Terrible service ??????
