Chef Recommendation Western Cuisine@Kopitiam Square - 10 Sengkang Square

Have not been here for quite some time now, since 2019. Today, 16 Jul 2022, decides to pay this place a visit. Chose thus western cuisine to try. Was told to wait for 8 minutes for my order. Well, just about right, I walked towards the stall to collect my Pork Chop. One look, saw that the presentation was well done. (See photo,) actually, I had messed up already as it was much better presented than what you see in the photo. Lol. Well, I dug into the dish cutting a piece of the thin pork chops. Comes in pieces by the way. Wow, this is actually very edible. The garlic fragrance burst into flavour the moment it touches my taste bud. Took another 2 more bites and then decided to attack the baked beans. Well, it was actually chilled. Hot weather, chilled beans. Wow. Then tasted the coleslaw, not bad, seriously. It was sweet and chilled and flavorful. Next, I targeted the French fries (no offence France, you didn't invent it. Ha...) and it was cooked to perfection. Mildly crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Best to all, not oily at all. It was well done. So, I swallowed all the fries before I slowly consume my porkchop with grace. I really carved out all the meat on the tbone. Verdict? Well, 4.9 stars. It would be perfect if it was a lot thicker. Well, you can't deliver a pork chop in 8 minutes really if it was thicker. Well, you try if you are here. I'm sure the chef really put in his heart to cook this dish.
