★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the cashier at toast box Rivervale mall. Went to redeem my ice teh voucher i bought online. Nice and honest of the young lady to recommend i get iced teh instead of hot ones as it'll be more worthwhile. Good initiative from her. Keep it up. Hope to see more ? on her face. Hahaha. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family is Toast Box fan, we always have breakfast and tea break at different Toast Box outlets, but this Rivervale Mall toastbox is the worst among them.
The staffs (as long as wear specs) all attitude and rude, and the coffee taste is terrible, we have visited this outlets many time but no improvement at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude ladies on 30th Jan 7pm. Pls change these ladies. When I ask a large coffee, they gave a medium. When I queried about it, they show me cups and told ok la ok la this is large, and charged only $2.40. All the other days they charge me $2.70. They made the mistake, but didn't accept. This is not the first time they have been rude like this. Always ! They talk to each other and not listening to the customers what is the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Rivermall today morning try to take my peaceful breakfast. When I reach counter I can see 2 ladies is talking one is brewing tea. Before I order she tell me to find a sit than can order. There is 2 people's standing up and a quick glance a lady just put her umbrella and can order as for me I have to wait? There even no q for sit. Not like compass one outlet so organise. We have to wait for sit and someone will assist us. Not like Rivervale mall. Ur fast u will get a sit. The counter lady ask me whether I want take away? Its so unfair. U mean u have to rush to get a sit? At compass one their quality of service really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered grab from them awhile ago and specifically ordered 3 sets of ham and cheese and yet no ham and cheese arrive only kaya toast! What poor service and you think we will ever patronise toast box again? My order is a total of 55 dollars in total and yet you can miss out all the ham and cheese? I can tell you toast box now I will never ever patronise toast box anymore! Your servicesucks and you are the only restaurant that always have missing items! Cheater!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean ambience to have a good breakfast set. The mee rebus set is our favorite, texture and gravy taste are consistent after many years. The combo set comes with a slice of old school cake, mee rebus and big cup of coffee. If you don’t like cakes, it can be replaced with a curry puff too. Will visit again.
