★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Benjamin yap has been a caring and good doctor from experience. But the admin is letting things down. I was told that my company card can offer 15% off for dental services, but after my mum went, the 15% discount only applied to consultation fees, which was such a small portion of the fees. The nurse also did not communicate to the front desk that my mum was required to book a appointment at the main dental outlet at bugis. Very disappointing experience even if the doctor is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this dental clinic. Irresponsible and inexperience Dentist who charge exorbitant fee. Went for cleaning and check on gum pain but Dentist says all is good, nothing wrong. One month later, the pain was very unbearable, so head to another clinic, the Dentist said that the pain was due to decayed wisdom tooth and said that the Dentist at Raffles dental has overlooked this.
Went to ask Raffles why this happened and the Dentist still insist he is correct.
Don’t waste your time and money to visit this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to call them for their service trusting them as they are a reputable company under Raffles Medical despite reading bad google reviews. However, after today incident, I totally understand why are the reviews so poor. Anyone who read this review, please think twice before going down to visit them. Any neighbourhood dental clinics, NTUC dental or Q&M would have much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went twice for my dental Appointment with Dr Cindy Chiu. Both her and her assistant was very gentle and nice to me. They treat their patient with respect. The guy name Edwin at the counter was very good. He is kind, friendly and ultimately the level of comfortability i have from the start to finish was superb. Keep it up!!!
