The hawkers are friendly and I especially like their White Pepper Pig Stomach Soup!
The soup is peppery and thick, imagine a creamier BKT soup. Ingredients were also generous. Inside there of cuts of tender pork ribs (deboned but with soft cartilage), and pig stomach, both of which were not smelly. This was boiled in gingko nuts and beancurd skin, which is the typical ingredients in this type of soup.
