Braised Pig Organ and Soup. This stall ranks as one of my favourite pig organ soup that has the right pepper and salted veg combination. Their mains are the pig organ soup and they also offer a variety of braised offals to go along.

Soup is good and standard. But I think that's the base standard of all pig organ soup. The waiting time isn't worth to buy.

This is the best pig organ's soup I have ever tasted. The soup stands out with the right balance of the pepper,  the sweet and sour taste from the salted vegetables. The the liver, the meat and organs are soft and well cleansed. For years, this stall has been drawing long Q whenever it opens. It's definitely one of the anchor stalls in this hawker centre.

One of the best Pig’s Organ Soup in Sg. Generous portion given and their services is definitely friendly. Worth the price and you can also refill the soup. Would definitely recommend this stall and will be back again??

If you love pig innards. This is the stall for you. Super tasty soup, well cooked pig stomach and bonus KUAY CHAP STYLE intestines. Go early to avoid the queue!

Amazing! Just that there's a perpectual queue. A must try as it isn't just water added to pepper like most other stalls. Been here twice and I'm bound to return. Wonderfully flavored soup where you can actually taste the porky-ness! It comes with a generous & clean portions of organs and meat. ( I ordered the $6 portion, which is a good deal!). The tau kee, braised beancurd skin was so good as well! Brimming with flavor and soft enough for my liking. Can't remember how much it costs but it wasn't expensive. I like that the stall lady/auntie was very friendly as well. As I was collecting the bowl she said "yao jia tang, gan gan lai" ??

Always see a super long queue here and finally got to try it at a non peak hour. Now I understand the queue- it is absolutely delicious and possibly the best or one of the best zzt in Singapore! The soup is tasty and slightly sourish with the salted vegetable which makes it very appetising. Moving on to the ingredients- good portion for $5 (starts at $4). The innards are all well cleaned and tastes perfectly cooked. No funky tastes and some are even crunchy to the bite. The chilli is good but not very special, doesn’t seem to elevate the taste much but still a good dip. Overall, I would definitely eat this again provided the queue is not too long!

Solid 3 stars overall. Key differentiating factor from it’s competitors is it’s thin broth with strong salted vegetable taste which is very appetising. It does hit the spot with on a rainy day 2 stars with room for improvement on its meat ingredients. The pork slices were very thin and taste was average and does not standout, hence an overall average score.
