The chirashi don portion is big and seafood freshness is adequate. Ordered 3+1 oysters, oysters are succulent, but on the pricey side. Seafood ramen is tasty and comes with a big prawn, salmon pieces , squid and few pieces of oysters. This is my second visit and May patronise the stall again if present price still holds?

Googled and found this place by chance. Wonderful find and definitely a gem. Sashimi was fresh and thick cut (dad loves it), don was generous and hamachi collar is a must. Service staff simply wonderful and patient especially managing the long weekend queue. Definitely recommended.

This place is perpetually packed since it’s got limited seating. Be prepared to wait for a seat. I think this is one of the best value japanese outlets you can find in Singapore. The mini Chirashi don didn’t feel mini at all. It was rather substantial. I’m glad I ordered the kaki don. Oysters were plump and juicy. All the dons come with free salad and miso soup. Another plus!

Nestled in a quiet mall that’s more famous for Korean/Nonya fare. This place is pretty decent and value for money! A plate of salad is served on the side as well. Ordered char siew don but the egg on the don was a little too cold for my liking. Good quality sashimi used in the chirashi don.

totally enjoyed the food especially the sashimi don. Fresh and generous portion of sashimi. Small restaurant so may need to queue for a while during peak hours. Efficient service ( they will take your order before you go in so the food will be served shortly after you are seated).

This place is 100% a hidden gem that everyone who loves a good sashimi must visit. The seafood is so fresh and serving size is also very generous. I love this place so much that I visited this restaurant twice in less than a week. Just note that the queue builds up really quick and the number of seats available are quite limited. I will suggest to queue 15mins before opening time so you will not have to wait too long in the queue.

Hidden gem in the west for fresh Japanese sashimi dons! They don’t accept reservations and are mainly walk in. Peak hours are crowded so try to go early to grab a seat. Absolutely delighted with the quality of all the dons - fresh, thick cut and delicious! Just about everything we ordered tasted wonderful. Service staff were also helpful and polite. Definitely will return for more.

Wonderful little gem tucked in Bukit Timah Plaza! The restaurant had always had a long queue and we never made it in. CNY period less crowded so we tried and got in. The food is fantastic! We all had raw fish topped rice. Daughter had the mini bowl, wife had the normal bowl and i had the one with additional fish roe! The fish slices were thick and generous. Fresh and tasty! And the best thing was they were not expensive! About $20 each. It's a tiny place so you're not there for the ambience but the service was friendly and fast. Honestly, if you are visiting the place just for the food, it may be a risk on weekends considering their queue starts before they even open. Parking in the building can be difficult too on weekends because of all the enrichment centres in the building. But if you happen to be there, do try! ? @19 Feb - Here again. ?
