Very laid back n relax place to shop for clothings made wz meticulate details. Leathergoods of good quality n workmanship. Am pleased with the good knowledge of products and service rendered.

Honestly, I felt like I was wasting every single star here. I visited this place because I like clothes and there were clothes that were made better than other stores. But the manager pretended to be kind and recommended long sleeves as soon as we entered the store, and I said I couldn't wear it because it was too hot for me. Because of the weather. Then he got angry and said it's hot? He began to sarcastically, saying, "I was surprised." We were uncomfortable, but we said thank you and went out, and he showed an unpleasant attitude and ignored it. I think this store has a lot of problems. Why doesn't anyone write this? The moment you talk about your mind their attitude will be changes suddenly like aggressive. It is the most beggarly service attitude I have ever experienced.

They've got good silver accessories with good craftsmanship and are rather affordable too. A good alternative to brands like First Arrows, North Works, Goro's etc. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft as well.

Very sarcastic manager wearing specs, utterly disgraceful kind of customer service with judgemental notes & references. Brought a pants & he overcharge me for it. Online priced at $158

The warm service and broad knowledge of staff on all products is extremely commendable! Big shout out to Andrew and Lisha - for sharing in detail the fabrics used, workmanship etc. Chota’s pieces are handmade, timeless and truly a work of art! 100% recommend to all friends who want to shine with awesome quality fabric. Have worn the gurkha pants and noragi more times than I can remember, always received compliments from my peers!! They also custom-make leather products (eg. leather belts, bags, cardholders, wallets etc), the craftsmanship and everything right down to details is perfect. Thank you for the belt for my dad, and helping me understand the work that goes behind it.

I'm a first timer dropped by the shop,love the hand made leather tote bag that i bought,good quality,price are reasonable,love the design. Also the nam jungle jacket look cool on me, Awesome jacket ? Definitely will visit again.

There is one main reason why my friends and I prefer to only buy from this store online, despite living nearby as well. We hate dealing with the bespectacled ‘manager’ who ignores our repeated (we said it five times)polite requests to browse undisturbed; is pushy and overbearing, generally mars the experience of finding a place with interesting and cool clothing with his off-putting mannerisms. He has no qualms in making your remarks about the clothes seem inconsequential and lame. The worst is that he ‘helicopters’ right behind you, and anything that you may have touched he will straighten it or readjust it ostentatiously, as if your touch has damaged the goods or maybe he is checking to see if we are shoplifting. Please send him to get his customer serving skills updated or just remind him it’s supposed to be a SERVICE, and not an entitlement. It is a pity but no matter how cool the products are - it’s not worth being subjected to this kind of behaviour.

I got recommended by one of my friend. He saw it online and the merchandise looks great. So i went there to get a feel of the fabrics, probably get one item if any interest and tried to snap few photos and guess what the staff wearing glasses with a beard refrain me taking photos, he sarcastically said you can see it on online actually. Firstly, i came here for a purpose, to get a feel of the product and snap few shots for my friend who recommended me at this place. Moving on, my friend tried few of their rings which to me it's nothing nice, as soon as we wanted to leave my friend thanked him for his time to served us but guess what, that particular bearded wearing glasses staff ignore him. Well i didnt thanked him at all due to his arrogant and unprofessional sarcastic service. Will never come back here again.
