Catastrophic. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The staff is incompetent, rude, poorly trained. My customer representative will not even reply to my emails (and I am a premier customer). I have to follow up a billion times on any simple request (and there is an 80% chance that the work will be done poorly). I was so fed up that I asked to meet with the manager five times and my request was never granted. Avoid at all costs.

As a premier member, I had to wait more than 45 minutes to be served for last two visits. First visit, I got a ticket and waited on first floor for 15 minutes before a nice security guard came to check on my ticket. So I went upstairs and nobody was there. I was sitting there another 20 minutes and finally asked a cleaning lady who was the only person around. Another 10 minutes later came out a bank staff. She didn't take me to her room and quickly fetched me the requested form and kicked me out. Today's visit, hubby and I got the ticket and went directly to second floor. A little packed in waiting area. Our number was 2006 and 2005 was missing. Oddly, the bank guy called 2000 and served someone who arrived 20 minutes after us. More oddly, a lady who lost patience approached to one of cubicles behind waiting area and got served after a small talk. We luckily got served after at least 45 minutes wait. Next time I unfortunately have to visit this branch again, I will get smart enough to stay with first floor and forget about my premier privilege!

Very slow on their service and probably one of the worst customer service standard of all banks i've worked with. A simple loan processing takes forever without providing any respond on the status. We've applied for much bigger loans from other banks and processing time is a fraction of what HSBC takes. If you need prompt banking service, avoid HSBC!

HSBC Hong Kong and HSBC Singapore is related?. Singapore branch won't help me with my account issue says I must go back to HK to settle.Why?.

Worst banking experience ever with HSBC or any other banks. Slow services, under-trained staff. I waited for 45 mins being pushed from counter to reception to credit card staff and they simple couldn’t figure out how to proceed a simple service that gets done within 15 mins at other branches. Pls avoid this branch to save time and to avoid a bad mood.

The worst bank in singapore. Customer service is horrible and i regret opening an account with them. I've lodged a complaint with mas. Stay away from this bank!

Staff from Hsbc Holland village branch are very friendly and helpful. They helped me in solving my banking issues. Special thanks to Ms Jolene Kek for going the extra mile and updating me on the status even when I’m back to Malaysia. Well done to the team and keep it up. ?
