★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the clinic multiple times and Dr Jeff is super nice and professional. Unfortunately, last month I walked in and met Dr Teo. Maybe he had a bad day but he was rude. I asked politely about something but he immediately became impatient and looked annoyed as if the patient shouldn’t ask any question. He abruptly ended the consultation and it is unprofessional and rude to a patient. I will never make an appointment with him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and staff there are really nice and friendly! Dr Foo was on duty when I visited and she's really friendly and assured me about my condition. I had to return to the clinic the next day to collect my Medical Cert as i forgot to request for it when i visited them. They were happy to assist and responded really quickly via email, when i mentioned that I needed it urgently for school. Strongly recommend to everyone!! Especially if you can't find a clinic that is open on Sundays or late nights (they close at 10pm) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mom to see Dr Caleb Teo after she had a fall. It was quite serious and she needed 12 stitches. Dr Teo was reassuring, patient and gentle, and did a superb job with the stitches. My mom made a swift recovery with minimal scarring all thanks to Dr Teo. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Teo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on a number of comparison personally, this is by far the best Clinic ever. Resolves every of my situation and ease my pains after just consuming one round of medication issued. Go find the tall male Doctor. He is godsent. Dont waste money on Polyclinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with dr loke. I took temperature on myself multiple times and was having fever, between 38.4-38.6. When I went there, their faulty thermometer said I had no fever. And dr loke smirked and laughed at me for visiting the dr when I am feeling “well”. I went home and used two other thermometers, both clearly showed I was in the 38c range. Paid $$ for nothing, and got shamed by him. I mean, if you’re having a fever, how would you now know? Come on la we’re all adults…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unpleasant experience in this clinic. Visited once and definitely will be last. The doctor assigned to me was Doctor Jeff. He was not compassionate and sounded arrogant and judgemental. Clinic assistants are also not compassionate, showing disinterest and lacking of compassion in serving the patients. There are better family clinics with compassionate doctors and clinic assistants out there especially in Bukit Merah area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to find a clinic that's opened 7 days a week and I was lucky to locate one. Had a chance to be seen by Dr. Caleb and it was a pleasant experience as he was professional and at the same time friendly. He took the time required to explain the questions I've regarding my condition and ensured that I understood what was needed to be done before I left the clinic. Nice and clean environment. Will definitely patronise this clinic again if I ever had the need.
